Jersey Mike's SubsReviews of jerseymikes.com

I myself have never had a bad time at Jersey Mike's in Cherry Hill which we go to a few times a week or the one time in Melissa Texas. The managers and employees are the best and the food is great. The only problem I see is that YOU CAN never PLEASE everyone and they are the ones that give them bad reviews. I have been to restaurants and diners that have had great reviews and I would not give there food to a dog. Jersey Mike's your the best.

If only 0 stars are an option. Manager lets customers speak to employees in a rude manner and also racist then has audacity to say that employee was in the wrong and customers are always right. Absolutely vulgar

I witnessed the manager harassing a employee because a customer said it’s always black people who mess it up. The manager said that the customer is always right when the customer only asked for bread no toppings. Poor ex employee

Lazy and racist, manager failed to fulfil their duty and decided to go on a power trip instead

Racist place

DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTED!!! yah, I’m from New Zealand and somehow teleported to your stupid as restaurant and saw some wack as costumer who must’ve been the leader of stupidity that waved around her magical mystery wand and managed to hokers pokers the dumber manager into believing her foul as mouth. So disappointing! I thought teleporting would’ve went fun :(

Absolutely terrible service, the managers treat their employees horribly and they don’t deserve to make money off of people’s suffering

This business should go under review or license should be terminated and force to close that so called business. Managers always should support their staff especially when they hear racist slurs yet they support the customer with quote “Customer is always right” and fired the employee after. Hope there is petition to terminate their license as clearly this is not how business should run in 2022.
