Jegs performance has the worst customer service of any business that I have ever delt with! Not only was the product falsely advertised and very misleading in its description but once I spoke to them and a supervisor agreed that they were in the wrong, I was still ignored for 3 weeks while my engine sit accumulating moisture and torn apart . I waited patiently for an answer on a solution and their final solution eneded up being that they wouldn't charge me for expedited shipping for the rest of my order that never showed up to begin with! . Horrible business i dont recommend them to my worst enemy

Well I ordered a flex plate for my 74 corvette with a LQ4 and a 4L80E transmission I was told this flex plate would work. So I mounted it up and it did not line up or provide the 3/16 gap I needed it was perfectly clean and unused. I got my return number and sent it back with the unopened plate bolts as well, I never heard from them no updates nothing and today I get home from work to find the flex plate sent back to me with a letter saying the item was used. Well no crap you have to see if it would fit. I will never ever order another item from them. And I still have not received any updates on the other items I sent back. Horrible customer service horrible communication

Bought a radiator from JEGS that was supposed be a straight in replacement for my old one. The radiator is very poor quality and cheaply made, transmission cooler ports came with flare adapters that don’t fit, the heater flow pipe has a un removable plug the thing is just completely trash ! I’ve got to go somewhere else and get another. I’ve wasted $500 + postage and have had a lot of stress over this purchase. PLEASE if you’re thinking of buying from them and your reading this review STAY CLEAR FROM JEGS !!!!!!!!!

if you wanna wait few months to get your part, order from jegs by the way when you order a part it says you will get it 2 to 5 days SCAMMM

Never ordering here again. Bought a brand new climate control console, all for it to not even turn the A/C on. 2 months go by before receiving it and didn't work. Returned it for the same item after leaving the comments that it didn't work, no contact other than original email saying it was backordered and would be shipped months later, all to receive another, same model, same type, same problem, still doesn't turn the A/C on. Go somewhere else.

Why cant you ever find what your looking for on Jegs? I spend hours trying to get a item to look up but it gives everything related to what I actually want . Then you can never talk to anyone there stupid robot keeps asking you the same shit over and over.if your lucky enough to get to talk to someone your then put on hold for another hour and your phone dies by the time they get back on line . IM SO OVER JEGS.... THEY MAKE ME HAVE BAD DAYS NEVER FAILS ...GET SO FUSETRATED WITH THEM I FORGET HOW TO SPELL SOMETIMES SHIT THEY SUCK

On April 3,2026, I went online and ordered a left rear front quarter patch panel for my 63 Corvair. It gave me a confirmation Number and the order was being processed. About two hours later I get an email stating it would be over 45 days before it was shipped. I called customer service and the lady advised it was processed and would be sent out for delivery today. I asked her about the email stating over 45 days before delivery and she said she wasn't sure why I recieved an email stating that because it showed the item in stock. I was ok and got off the phone. I get another email stating the direct opposite from what I was just told. I called customer service back and got a different person. I told him the samething I had just told the lady. He advised me that he can't find any order under my name and order/confirmation number then puts me on hold. He comes back and says he located my order and sees that it was processed for delivery, however it will not be for another 45 days. I asked him why and he said it has to go to the people who make that patch panel. When I told him what the lady told me about being in stock and it was already processed and ready for delivery that day. I also told him again about the emails contradicting each other and the contradicting stories from the lady and him and his reply was Sir I am sending an email to the manufacturer of said part to see what is going on and will call you back or send you an email by close of business on April 10, 2026. I replied ok. Never got that reply on what was the problem. So today April 14, 2026 I called back and spoke to another lady who looked up the order and advised that she would send an email out wanting to know what was the deal on my order and why the conflicting stories and emails. Since I have been getting all these conflicting stories and emails I gave up on getting any replies back. Tried to return the order and that too is another issue. I highly do not recommend ordering anything from this company. I do not see how they stay up and running.

I ordered a horn at the beginning of September 2025. Have not received the horn. I have to do all the follow up and the only thing I get back is that they will reach out to the manufacturer. It’s pretty ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
