They have reasonable prices, the hold time before someone picks up the phone is average, and the people who help on the phone are very nice. My only concern is back orders. The back orders are usually longer than they state. Or at least that's been my experience.

Nothing but Good Experiences: I see that there is a lot of negativity here, and I wanted to throw another voice in as I have had nothing but good experiences with JEGs, especially when ordering directly through them. I have gotten great parts and expertise on the phone with regular purchases. Technical questions were answered with good explanations without the attempted upsell. I told a guy I was doing a budget build, and he immediately directed me to good resources for a reasonable 375 hp build. Their prices are fair, they have been good at keeping me up to date, and they actually have a great catalog. I give 4 stars since sometimes their web search isn't the best but beyond that nothing but love for them

I have orderd them a coupke of times, have worked great, but they are like almost every company today, not many part in stock.

I was scared by some of the other comments on here, but aside from a slightly worrying 'order status' page (it showed on hold, and I had to search the site to find out that was perfectly normal for exports to be placed on hold until parts availability was confirmed) everything went very smoothly, and the parts I ordered even arrived 4 days early. So aside from nearly having kittens when my order was placed 'on hold', everything was far quicker and easier than e.g. ordering from Germany in these post-Brexit times.
