I ordered a beautiful stainless steel tool cabinet that was the best tool cabinet on the market. During the freight shipment the beautiful stainless steel received a very small dent. I sent them a picture of the dent and within the day they advised me that they were sending me a refund of about 25% of the purchase price. This was a very generous adjustment in the price. Fantastic customer service and I wouldn't hesitate ordering from JEGS.

I ordered a rotisserie from JEGS Performance for my Jaguar xke. The unit was perfect for working on all sides of the body. I ran into a problem with one of the parts and contacted JGES.
