Waited for a part for 3 months. Kept getting put off (6 of this month, 15th of this month...). Finally figured out HOW to cancel the order, it took 2 days for the same part through Amazon. I hate using Amazon and just a few years back Jegs was an awesome place but I'm not sure I'll be using them again.

They STILL haven't shipped my part
They STILL haven't shipped my part. It's been over 3 weeks. They just keep pushing back the "expected to ship" date. When somebody needs a part they need it NOW, not several weeks down the road.

Misleading
Misleading. I purchased one of their upper and lower kits with the qa1
Coil overs. Bought it because it was advertised as qa1. Had figment problems with lower control arms.mind you I was installing on a 72 skylark. Called and found out the arms were not qa1
And was told that they had a lot of complaints about them. Why
Would you sell something that you know damn good and well it’s junk. Anyway spent 1400.00 just for actual qa1 arms and when I returned the other arms I was really disappointed that I only got back a lousy 400.00 from the 1300.00 I spent on the original. I just think they advertised as one item and you got shit. To top it they already know the parts they send you are junk. Lesson learned I thought I was shopping at a location who cared about their customers nope they were rude on the phone like it’s my fault guess I’ll shop a different speed shop that has integrity . Too bad I need a lot of parts.

First time buyer
First time buyer. Suckered into ordering parts due to supposed avaialability ie showing near term shipping dates. Checked order a few days later and shipping for part 1 was delayed 2 months so cancelled order. Part #2 was a simple small part (pin) that was already shipped unfortunately, so could not cancel . Was charged full shipping fee of $15 for and $8 dollar part, but showed up JIT.
Supply chain nightmare for businesses so constant changes and updates for suppliers is a hardship for business dealings and projected availability. Got a pump one year after order from another supplier, but no charges until they called and confirmed continued interest. Good CS
Jegs did refund my fees for the delayed part. They have a fair price. A reorder, if onsidered, would have to be met with free shipping based on my purchase circumstances. Like to give people a second chance when possible

I purchased timing chain for 07 Mustangs GT
I purchased timing chain components for 07 Mustang GT last year. Installed in August of this year . While installing cam phasers broke. Called Jegs first time they said they would reach out to manufacture and get back with email. No response no email after a week. Called again same response. 2 weeks no response again. Reached out to manufacturer got a response back from them within 2or 3 days they say Jegs needs to respond back to me. I will be taking my business to another company after this very poor customer service

Even the 2nd unit was defective.
Originally purchased this unit a month ago. Charger came quickly and packaged fairly decent. Unfortunately upon testing, the timer and amp meter did not work, and it was only putting out 8 volts. I Contacted customer service and after an hour on the phone, I finally got them to agree to an exchange, and I was not going to pay for return shipping, because they sent me a defective charger. I promptly sent it back to them the following day. A week later, I had not heard anything about the replacement unit. I called them again, and the rep that I spoke to the 2nd time was very pleasant and informed me that he would escalate my exchange, beings it was received and was there almost a week already. He put the order in and it was received in 3 days. I'm very impressed. Excited to get my 2nd unit, I unpacked it and tested it immediately. Voltage output, check. 13+ volts.
Timer functions, check. It actually ticked, and counted down. Amp meter.....ughhh.
Not functioning properly. Needle barely moved. Checking with my Fluke, it was putting out slightly less amperage than the unit was claimed to produce. Not arguing, since 2 out of the 3 worked this time. It's not worth the hassle of sending it back a 2nd time. Next time, I will buy a name brand charger.
Thanks jegs for instilling a crap load of confidence in your company and brand !!!!

Ordered some shocks from their website…
Ordered some shocks from their website for my Jeep Wrangler. The website apparently had the wrong shocks listed. After I discovered they were the wrong ones I contacted Jegs to get the right ones sent, they were conveniently more money and then I had to pay for return shipping to the tune of $13. After all the mess was done they only refunded $87 of my $251 order. I called them this morning after four months of waiting and was told they had refunded the whole amount to me via gift card in the mail. I refused that option and the csr nicely refunded the whole amount back to my card. I appreciate the total refund, but their customer service, while everyone was nice, doesn't have a clue how to run a parts company. While I give them credit for having really nice customer service people I won't be buying from them again.

Got there in the end
I ordered 4 items before i read any online reviews. Jegs had all items in stock (yay!) but screwed up the shipping, not using one of the two labels on the tracking and sending 3 of the items in a different undeclared parcel. Jegs customer service did help from start to finish, but it took 5 weeks and me emailing Fedex directly to get the final item through customs. Whilst Jegs didn't let me down like some of the other horror stories, all the problems were caused by their warehouse so yeah, I'll probably order from someone else next time
