Do not buy from this company. The customer service is horrible. I ordered over $1,000 worth of parts. The box was left in the driveway not even behind the pillars by FedEx which was stolen and I was told that they are not liable for it since it was delivered. So I'm out all my money. I was told to contact my homeowner's insurance. Worst company ever repeat warning. Do not buy from jegs

I baught brand new can lifters and 650 jjegs carb carb flooded gas everywhere cam tore up my lifter than I have to wait a week to get refund also ordered a double hump cross member aparrently the sales tech said it would work on my vehical but failed to tell me that I need a cross member extention for it to work so I had to tear my whole engine down and start over I am pissed and will never order from jegs again for any kind of part lost alot of money trying to use parts orderd from them

I brought a horn relay my old one that was on my 1964 Oldsmobile 98 was bad on made a clicking noise. But. So we on line found Jegs brought the horn relay. The part arrived. But the part on my vehicle. No clicking noise nothing. I have power coming from the horn when I push the horn. But the horn relay I got from Jegs was no good. This will be the last time I buy from Jegs. My old horn relay was missing parts. But still making a clicking noise. This one I brought doesn't making any noise. No good I read all reviews but this time I didn't believe them. But I guess all the reviews were right

Never received all the items I ordered. Customer Service just responds with, we will get back to you. THEY NEVER DO. I'm missing the item that was the most expensive thing on the order. It was not worth it to save a couple bucks and buy it through jegs.

I ordered a rotisserie from JEGS Performance for my Jaguar xke. The unit was perfect for working on all sides of the body. I ran into a problem with one of the parts and contacted JGES. They understood the problem and sent me the parts needed to fix my unit. I was impressed with their customer service particularly Greg. Thank you

I had order some rims and they where great but I Saif something about not getting stickers so I just got a package from them that had 2 hats and some stickers we will always be faithful to u guys that was amazing

I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero stars! I order a rim for my 18 Tahoe Premier, cv703 hyper black, the rim looked good in the box . I took it and had it mounted and put on vehicle. I got home and noticed that the OE Wheels rim that I bought from jegs , is like 2 shades lighter than the original ones. So I called to ask about it and they was plain rude . Nothing they will do after it is mounted. So I’m out $300 for a rim that don’t match. I talked to peirre and he was even ruder ( he is the highest ranking person I could talk to. $300 might not be much to a gaint company like jegs but it is a lot for a hard working normal guy like me . And I’m pretty sure that it is all of us hard working people that made jegs the millionaires that they are .
