I ordered an Air Lift product from Jeg's, and I received an item that was date coded from 2018. Jeg's is selling expired warehouse stock items from a 3rd party vendor not as described which constitutes to a fraudulent listing. There are heavy penalties for selling warehouse stock as new inventory. Jegs customer service was extremely difficult to work with and did not provide a resolution. This was my last and final order I will ever place with Jeg's.

I honestly don’t remember the last time I dealt with customer service this inefficient. I spent almost two weeks trying to place a very simple order with JEGS. I was not asking for anything complicated: a couple of part numbers, a shipping quote to Italy, and a separate quote for another order. That somehow turned into an endless chain of mistakes. First they entered the shipping details incorrectly. I corrected them. Then I had to correct them again. I literally had to tell them to copy the information exactly as written because they kept changing it. Then I requested another completely separate quote for different items and a different shipping address. I clearly explained that it was a separate order. Melanie still asked me whether I wanted those items added to the previous quote. I said no, again. Eventually she told me that a new quote had been created and sent. I opened it. It was basically empty. It also still contained information from the previous order. So I sent a screenshot showing exactly what was wrong. Her reply was: “I am not sure what you mean. I have emailed to you the quote 34062698.” At that point I honestly gave up. Between Melanie and Rachel, every single step seemed to require another email because something had either been entered incorrectly, misunderstood, ignored, or not checked at all before replying. This was not one typo or one small mistake. Anyone can make a mistake. This was almost two weeks of wrong information being entered, the same details having to be repeated multiple times, separate quote requests being confused with each other, instructions being ignored, an empty quote being sent, screenshots apparently not being looked at, and replies that made it obvious the previous message had not been properly read. The most ridiculous part is that I was actively trying to GIVE THEM MONEY. There was no refund issue, no dispute, no technical problem, nothing complicated at all. I simply wanted to buy parts. In the end I gave up and decided to order elsewhere because dealing with their customer service had become a complete waste of time. JEGS seriously needs to review how their customer service team handles basic requests, because if a customer needs almost two weeks just to get a correct quote, something is very wrong. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an automotive retailer. And for some strange reason, it’s women, once again.

Ordered an item over a week ago. I never got a tracking number even though it said shipped on my account info. I Emailed the three days ago, they never responded. I called them up today to find out it is on back order for at least another two months. Why do they have fake information on account status? They also try to get you to hang up the phone and go to your account summary, lot of good that does. They never said it wasn't stocked. This is absolutey horrible customer service. You can't even Email them to complain to corporate. They have lost my business. Summit Racing here I come. Thanks for nothing Jegs.

Ordered a product back in July that had a ship date of October 16th. A few weeks later the part was discontinued but I was told by multiple customer service reps that mine will still ship because it was ordered before it was discontinued. It is now September and I get an email that my order is cancelled. This place is a scam and their customer service team has no clue what’s going on. Don’t order anything from this place.

Jegs routinely lists parts as " available " or just a few days from available in order to get consumers to purchase parts. However, after the order is completed they will ship partial boxes with missing parts. When calling they minimize the delay so you don't cancel and get the parts elsewhere. The website will still list the parts as available even though they are backordered. The website is a wreck, with difficulties logging in or no information available on your orders or status so you have to wait until somebody answers the phone. I see at least 5 to 6 adverts a day from jegs trying to sell parts. Maybe they should spend advert money on getting their inventory availability handled. Sell the parts and worry about delivery later!

Showed as a in stock part. Paid $16.00 for shipping and now it shows a total of 18 days before it ships. I can get stuff direct from China in 4-5 days for $6.99. Price on part was good but dislike being misled on shipping timeframe. Will not order from them again, too many better options.

I ordered a GM engine it said free shipping they charged me freight of over 300 said freight is different than shipping then I called because they said the item was discontinued but they had the exact same engine with a different part number for 1100 more that is the cheesy business practice I’ve ever heard
