Item as advertised, arrived on time. Thanks!

Ordered a replacement water pump for my 2018 nuCamp TAB400. The description was very helpful since it clarified the part listed was correct since the manufacturer confusingly uses a different suffix for OEM vs. aftermarket. The pump fit and works perfectly. Fast shipping.

The original delivery was fairly prompt, but the stove top/oven arrived quite damaged. It took three business days to receive a return authorization, and although I shipped back right away after getting a label, it's been 8 days, two further calls to customer service and still no replacement shipment. Well, one precious RV trip sunk! If this delay continues --> 1/5 stars.

The part was exactly what as described and worked perfect. Delivery was fast, prices are great, and the website was easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone looking for RV parts and will use them again the next time I need parts.

Excellent prices, fast shipping A+++

Products were as described and arrived on schedule and undamaged. Only issue is that each item came in a separate box with lots of packaging which seemed wasteful. Flat fee for shipping so it did not affect my cost.

Great communication and fast shipping, thank you!

Super-super fast shipping. Very fair pricing. I will definitely do business with these folks again
