i was sent the wrong size tire ,i tried purchase a fedex online return label several times but got unknown errors,cant get a return shipping label ,i tried to call many times but got no answer,just put on hold for way too long. Is anyone there? I just want a return shipping label,and a refund

I wish I had checked the reviews before using these people! I get it why they get the rating they do. Their people sell you the wrong parts and / or don't know what they are doing and as a company they do not stand behind their mistakes! It will be Summit for me from now on!!!!

When researching part was available, free shipping for purchases over 199. Completed order. Got email that there was 42.29 shipping since not in 48 contiguous states. Authorized shipping charges. Next e-mail stating that part was on back order!!! Trying to cancel to no avail. Numbers busy or on hold for over an hour. No replies to e-mails. Do not purchase from Jegs.com.

Horrible company. i wish I would have read all the bad reviews before I ordered.. no customer service at all no one answers the phone no one returns a message.

I thought Jegs was a reputable company. I guess not. Horrible service, takes your money and won't respond to emails or messages. Cant get thru on phone. Held for 1 hour to no avail. Filed a bank dispute. Won't ever do business with them again.

I have had the same experience most of you have had horrible just horrible. They took my money then backordered my parts. I tried to call and cancel but phone lines are "down with a system wide issue". That's a crock of cr*p because their fax line is working just fine. I think they just don't want to offer or care about customer service what so ever. So I went to my old faithful standby " SUMMIT RACING " had my parts in 3 days and I ordered Friday Evening rec'd them Monday morning. Oh and when I called they picked up the phone. So as far as I'm concerned when compared to Jegs jughead's, Summit racing is a Rock Star. I really hate writing these kind of reviews but, Jegs is again just horrible and I've said p*ss on them. Jegs Performance you reap what you sow and it's now coming to your doorstep.

Absolutely horrible dealing with these people. Now their phone number has been down for days and I can't get hold of anyone about my order that has been a week out. Everything I ordered said it was in stock on their website. I got one email saying that everything was on back order. Now I can't even cancel the order to get it elsewhere. Totally pissed.
