Jegs is the WORST company I have dealt with in the US. I am in the UK and spent $600 on parts, Jegs advised it would ship in 2-3 days.....after 4 months PayPal managed to get my money back without any contact from Jegs. AVOID JEGS.

I thought Jegs was a reputable company. I guess not. Horrible service, takes your money and won't respond to emails or messages. Filed PayPal dispute. Won't ever do business with them again.

Misrepresented availability and would not allow cancel and refund. Totally unresponsive to calls and emails. Ordered a face shield for a helmet which I needed for an upcoming driving event. 2 days after I ordered they emailed that the part was on back order and expected to ship in a few weeks. I cancelled the order by email to their customer service and tried to follow up by phone. I gave up after holding for 40 minutes. Three weeks later I received an email informing that the item was ready to ship. My credit card was charged. I followed up with another email stating that I would open a PayPal dispute if they did not respond in 24 hours. No response. PayPal refused my dispute without an explanantion. Never heard from Jegs. Now I have the item which arrived too late for me to use and returning it according to their on line process would cost me more than the value of the item. I had ordered from them in the past several times without issues but, I cannot recommend them based on this experience. It is like they are either out of business or trying to drive customers away.

I received a damaged item and i've tried to get in contact with customer service and ended up waiting an hour and a half and still was never answered.

I ordered a part and my invoice says delivery expected on June 22, 2020. I waited until June 26, 2020. I check on my order and it is still pending with now a delivery date of July 17, 2020. Tried to call several time and no one answered the phone. I emailed and never got a reply. I ordered from a reliable company today and it shipped today. I will never buy from them again. Spread the word!

No shipping tracking number, missing parts, no answer to the mails, very bad seller

I ordered 1300.00 in parts and I will be canceling the order and going through a much better vendor. The problem is the customer service and attention to detail. My shipping address was wrong. My billing and shipping information does not match. I called in to give them an opportunity to correct the mistakes and they got the email right but that is all. The parts that they said where in stock are in back order for 6 weeks. Quite the regretful experience. At least Amazon and Summit Racing get it right. Their promotion to save bucks not worth it. Id rather pay full price and get what I asked for and as advertised by the vendor.

Ordered kc189236 for my 99 F350. This is a kit that is supposed to come with all 4 calipers, all 4 rotors and all pads. I paid $728.63 USD. When I got my order confirmation it was split into 2 invoices, which is normal with brake kits, however, the rear calipers were nowhere on the order. I call Jegs and wait 30 minutes to get someone, assuming this will be quick and they'll realize their mistake. No, they said I hadn't paid for the rear calipers and needed to pay for them. I though I already did? Apparently it was some screw up on their system and the price should have been higher and then it would have included the rear calipers. When I buy a kit that says what it includes it better include all of it, and a screw up on your website is not my problem. In the end they matched a slightly lower price from RockAuto. If your website is screwed up and you advertise a price you should honor that price. Will never order from them again.
