I only ordered a couple things from Jegs so far, but have had only good experiences. I was motivated to write this order because I had to cancel a part I ordered and they had a really fast, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service rep that helped me. I had the email pulled up to read off the confirmation number, but the representative actually pulled my order up from my phone number instantly (no reading those stupid confirmation numbers!) and I was impressed. I was on the phone for about two minutes and she said she would take care of it. This would be great customer service for any kind of business, but compared to other automotive websites I've had the displeasure of dealing with, this blew my mind. The other part I ordered had a label created same-day, and was shipped the next full business day.

Bought 4 rims and was Informed by shop that was mounting them that one rim was bent out of the box, will now have to wait for a new rim and pay for a second appt 2 weeks or more away, spent over an hour on hold and was very disappointed that they would not expedite shipping and also return old one, very Insulted when supervisor told me it would be easy and laughed not considering how much their poor service has complicated getting tires put on a vehicle. Horrible experience and service

Absolutely have lost their ability to run a business. At one time this was a best-in-class run business. Today, they should shut the doors. Nothing but trouble and poor Customer Service with nearly every order. I am done with them and moving on. With today's internet competition you would think they would be the best Customer orientated in this business. Turn out the lights they are done!

Was looking at a motor to order the first of November 2021 and cart said motor would ship the middle of November so I called and ordered the motor on November 8th and was told motor would ship Dec 15th. So on Dec 15th I call jegs to inquire about order and was told they would call vendor to check on order. After checking with vendor I was told it would be another 2 months before it would ship. So I asked about being compensated for the delay as I was planning a trip as soon as I got my motor in. Was told by customer service the would send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience which I told them that was unacceptable so she told me she would put me with her supervisor which could compensate me in some way so he says he will call the vendor himself and check on it. He gets back with me and says that it will more than likely be the middle of June 2022 before my motor ships so I asked about compensation for the inconvenience and he says all the could do was send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience and that I could cancel my order if I was unhappy with the service or compensation they offered. So I started checking around to see if any other companies could any better. I decided on waiting before I made a decision on any of it. Well I get up this morning Dec 21st to a phone call from a shipper wanting to schedule a time to deliver my motor from at worldwide. Needless to say customer service never called the vendor at to inquire about my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FRO JEGS AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!

Ordered parts charged the card and to cancel order and you have to pay for other order untill the cancelation is processed. So double paying and hoping you get your parts. I wiuld never buy from them again and mind you i have been a customer for 30 years.The customer service is horrible the supervisor could careless about the issue. Tony

This place is ridiculous I do not recommend you order anything from this place it takes forever I've spent a lot of money with them they keep postpone in the orders yeah I better work with summit I do not recommend this company to anybody

I wouldn't give them a dollar of my business. I bought an exhaust back in March for my 1980 corvette. I was told Jegs didnt keep those in stock and that the parts would come directly from the manufacturer. 30 days later, nothing. I call and after 20 minutes on hold I'm told that I was reslated for delivery on the may 27th. Then I wait. After the 27th I have to call again. I'm told," sorry you're slated for another 30 days." On and On it goes. WTH!!! I still haven't recieved my exhaust after 5 months. No comunication from Jegs!!!!! Not a call or email or any thing! It wasn't that they don't keep them in stock the stuff is all on back order. When I originally ordered the parts I was told that one part was on back order. So I bought it from some wheres else. All I'm told now is that I can cancel my order for a refund if I don't want to wait. OH! YEA! what about the part I boutght some where else? After 5 months I can't return it now.

My experience with Jegs could not of been BETTER... Their. Sales technicians helped me make the Better Choice...from exhaust to power steering box. Sub frame connectors..and much more.There knowledge is and was Extremely helpfull... Then we made a few other choices do to item on back order.. But that was OK i upgraded.... Very Happy with prices Too. Then my rather large order got lost...NO FAULT OF JEGS. Though.... There Customer service Team was onnit...and. Fixed it. My 2nd order made delivery in 3 days i think...i still have a 3rd order and Definitely using Jegs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Jegs
