Jackson Hewitt online has been unavailable for 5 days, with no date to when online customers will have access to print documents. The Rep Virigina who answers the phone is very empathic. However, she had no solution.

We have been having our taxes done at Jackson Hewitt for years. This year we received a letter stating our property taxes were done wrong and that we needed to refund our state. We got less than zero help from anyone at Jackson Hewitt. We could not get an answer to any calls or emails at all. When we did get an email it was a we are looking into this and then we would not hear anything. DO NOT EVER go to a Jackson Hewitt that is only open during tax season and then closes after because you will not have anywhere to turn if something goes wrong. I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service. We have been pleading with them to help and nothing. We ended up taking our taxes to CPA and had him look at it.

I do not usually do this, but I feel that it is in everyone’s best interest if I do. I have been with the same tax preparer for years. She is excellent. She works for Jackson Hewitt. I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am with Jackson Hewitt. On a scale of 1-10 they do not even rate a 1. My tax preparer; however, receives a 10. As I said before I have been with Jackson Hewitt for years. My taxes were started in February this year as I always do. However, my taxes were a little more complicated this year and they took a little while to complete. Our preparer had placed a coupon in our account. Due to some changes in their computer system it miraculously disappeared. Then to top it all off, we had already had appointments scheduled and our taxes being worked on but Jackson Hewitt kept calling me to ask me to make an appointment to get our taxes done and they also kept emailing me…… guess what….. coupons to get my taxes done. After all that, we finally finished our taxes and when it came time to pay they refused to honor the coupons and would not return any calls or texts from our tax preparer on our behalf. They basically have my tax return held hostage til I pay them. We walked out. Not sure what we will do but it won’t be through Jackson Hewitt.

I never had such a bad experience. The lady who did mine has no clue what she did. Now I received a letter from IRS , Good luck to everyone who did tax over Jackson Hewitt

I was initially sent to the Williston, nd Walmart jackson Hewitt, but she didn’t know how to do my taxes and people in offices wasn’t helping her with questions. I was there for 1.5 hrs. So they rescheduled me to come in to the main office in Williston. I was there for 3 hours! One of the employees there had her child, crying leaving the child up front for the customers to watch. Her child was hitting my 6 yr old son in the face. All the employees were new to doing taxes even the area manager. Very Disappointed and never again

Anita in the Lacey office got us in at the last minute and was great. Very through and very patient. We were greeted immediately and were made comfortable while Anita was with other clients.

Alberto was open and honest about things in general. I would highly recommend him.

Diseasing fees. started with $69 plus little end up to be $419. customer service is call center , compline department is voice mail! After 4 days, they responded with not reply email "sorry you didn't like our service ". No explanation, no details ask. Terrible
