Very poor customer service! I received daily reminders of my upcoming appointment only to get there and find no one on duty. I called the number on the kiosk only to get someone who had no clue as to what was going on and couldn’t even give me an answer if someone would be getting back to me. An hour later I did get a call stating that ‘maybe someone would be there around noon due to a health issue’ and I could stop back OR I could leave my paperwork - SAY WHAT? First off they had my cell phone number and if there was an issue with someone manning that ‘office’, why wasn’t I called and notified of that??? Secondly, why on earth would she even suggest I leave confidential income information INCLUDING my SS# in an unattended kiosk??? Totally incompetent and unprofessional. RUN! RUN WHILE YOU CAN to another tax preparer!!!

Fantastic experience with Jackson Hewitt. We saw Terri at the office located at 410 E Blackstock Rd., Spartanburg, SC. She was incredibly professional, caring, kind and helpful. She really looked out for our best interest and kept filing fees low. Terri completed our tax filing quickly and efficiently. We have done our taxes with H&R Block the past three years and their fees are ridiculous for the services offered. We are Jackson Hewitt customers for life now! Thank you Terri and Jackson Hewitt for a job well done.

Professional and timely, knowledgeable service. Wendy explained in detail my taxes. I had increase in property tax and also additional sidewalk fees from village. Again Wendy explained this in detail

I just met with Nancy at the Longwood, FL office. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have used Turbotax in the past, but as a new widow I was worried about filing my taxes this year with all the changes in my life now and all the responsibility. Nancy was great and so quick. I paid more for the service than I actually owed the IRS, (still comparable to my previous tax preparer) and the service was priceless to me in knowing that my taxes were done and done right. I would highly recommend and will definitely consider returning next year.

I went to our local kiosk to file my taxes. According to the website, they only charge 65 dollars per week. I had 3 and the representative said that it was going to cost me 700 dollars. This amount is ridiculous and I would not recommend recommend them.

I went in on friday when the internet was down. That is understandable but I was waiting to get my taxes done and my friends were getting their taxes worked on and the office manager had them wait until she went to run a personal errand and came back to complete my friends return. How is that manager material? and why is she still manager. I chose to go somewhere else to do my taxes
