The wrong address was entered and now I have to go through various identification verifications. They are very unprofessional DO NOT GO TO JACKSON HEWITT locates at 2337 Monument Ave Baltimore MD. Bonita Holland the CPA the CSR Sharhonda and the third party designee Marian Turner are all incompetent. The Owner Annie MCFadden should be shut down. Not to mention all of JH offices are franchised so there’s no Corporate Resolution or any form of true checks and balance.

I filed with Jackson Hewitt in Knoxville, TN and they were great! Tina and Kelly did an excellent job! They were both very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate them taking the time to answer all my questions. Thanks Jackson Hewitt!

Last year a jackson hewitt office i only went to placed the wrong mailing address on the tax return. I had to wait longer fo my tax refunds. I called that office and was told he will change it. Apparently he never did, as after at got home from filing at a different jh office he also placed the wrong mailing address.

Great customer service.

I go to the Jackson Hewitt office on Camp Wisdom and my tax preparer her name is Miss Octavia she's so polite she's so courteous and she's so efficient I have set my mind to going to her every year and I will be going to her God willing soon this week she's excellent she's a great representative of Jackson Hewitt she knows her stuff go Miss Octavia, most of all she gets me in and out with no problem so I suggest that if you go to that Camp Wisdom office you can ask him if Octavia although there are other workers there I prefer them as Octavia have a great day everyone

Jackson Hewitt showed me so much respect and was very patient for it to be my first time filing with Jackson Hewitt I recommend anyone to try the out and I would love to give the person who helped me with everything Verreika Richmond or Richmore didn't catch her last name well but she was very nice no attitude

I have been with Jackson Hewitt for over 6 years now and i file at the same location on Perrin Bitel Rd with the same tax preparer Mr. Randy Penny who is awesome and fast . I will be doing my taxes there again next year . Thanks Randy

WE USED THE ONLINE TAX FILING SERVICES WITH JACKSON HEWITT, EVERYTHING WE WELL. HOWEVER WHEN I TRIED TO LOG BACK IN TO PRINT OUR DOCUMENTS THE SITE WAS DOWN AND IT HAS BEEN DOWN FOR A WEEK NOW. THE SITE BEING DOWN FOR A WEEK IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. IT IS A INCOVENIECE TO CUSTOMERS
