Jacksflightclub will charge you even after subscription is cancelled
Do not sign-up to jacksflightclub.com - They will just charge you even if you cancelled the subscription.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
We always aim to make cancellations straightforward, and once a subscription is cancelled, no further charges should be taken. If you were charged after cancelling, that’s definitely something we’d want to look into and fix for you. We appreciate your feedback. It really does help us out!

Premium membership not acknowledged.
I paid £39 on 15th June 2023 to receive premium deals from Jack's Flight Club. When I go to their website and login it does not acknowledge my premium membership, so no relevant deals are shown, instead I am invited to take out premium membership. I wish I hadn't been taken in by this company.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hey Coral, that shouldn’t have happened, and we really appreciate your patience while we got it sorted for you. We're sorry this was your experience and hope that one day you might re-consider us for your travel plans!

Need investigating for false advertising
Jacks Flight Club Review Same as other reviews, the deals are fake for premium subscribers. They say you have missed out on deals when you are not premium but the deals do not exist. I subscribed for almost 2 years on a premium subscription and only ever received long weekend to Europe deals which is not what I signed up for. They need investigating really for false advertising. I emailed them to ask then why they had sent false information out and they never replied.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Ouch, that hurts 😅 We promise our deals are real, and our Flight Experts spend hours hunting them down. I had a look into our inbox and saw that we had reached out to help you add additional airports to see more of our Flight Alerts. We do send a mix of short-haul, long-haul, and rare mistake fares, but if it didn’t feel varied enough for you, that’s really helpful feedback. 😊

Unsubscribed but they won’t stop emailing me
Not what they used to be. I signed up for the free emails, but quickly realised it wasn’t for me so I unsubscribed. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve unsubscribed from all emails yet they keep emailing me - this can’t be legal?! The free version is not particularly useful and they just keep spamming you trying to go for the paid version.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hey Linn, you should definitely not be receiving emails if you've unsubscribed from our service. As for the free version, we aim to give a taste of the kinds of flight alerts we find, while Premium offers more frequent alerts and extra perks. We appreciate your feedback and will keep working to improve the experience for all members. Thanks for letting us know! ✈️

Great Customer Service.
Great Customer Service. I was a 'free' service user and took out a discounted 'Premium' membership. I saw some great offers through the year but unfortunately could not make use of any. After seeing the renewal amount appear on my statement I advised that I could no longer afford the membership and received an immediate refund (within 48 hours)
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hey Paul, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're glad to hear that, as a free member, you found value in our service and decided to try our Premium membership. While it's unfortunate that you couldn't take advantage of the offers during the year, we're pleased that our team was able to help you with your refund request. We appreciate your support and hope to help you travel again in the future ✈️

jacksflightclub.com It is a scam
jacksflightclub.com It is a scam, and if you need simple proof, you can see that they state you missed a very recent deal, £250 for return flight to Tokyo, because you're not premium. As a premium member, you can see older deals, and there's nowhere that Tokyo deals.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hey Alex, we strive to provide our members with accurate and timely information on Flight Alerts. While we do our best to source and share the most current deals, it's possible that some offers may expire or change before all members have a chance to view them. Regarding the Tokyo deal you mentioned, it's possible that the offer before you had a chance to view it. Flight Alerts, especially error fares discounted ones, can expire quickly due to high demand and limited availability. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we are continually working to improve our service to ensure that our members have the best chance of accessing these deals. Thank you for your feedback! It really does help us shape our service 🤝

SCAM SCAM SCAM
Worst company EVER most unprofessional company ever to exist. I did 3 months for £1. I forgot about the subscription. Then without a 7-day warning, the company charges me £40 for their year subscription And the deals they find are really bad. They also do not respond to emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM stays away, please.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. We do our best to be upfront about the trial terms and the subsequent annual subscription. While we don’t currently send out a 7-day warning before the renewal, we do outline the billing details at sign-up. That said, we understand that not everyone catches those terms, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into account as we review our processes.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE....they will take your…
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE....they will take your money and run away with it! No option to unsubscribe on their website...had to cancel through my bank, after the second payment went throguh and they will not get back to your emails. The flights they will send you are not gonna save you any money, just use normal services and you'll be better off. BASICALLY ITS A SCAM!
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
We can assure you that we’re absolutely not a scam! There is an option to unsubscribe directly through your account settings, and our support team responds to all inquiries as quickly as possible. As for the deals, we work hard to find genuinely great flight alerts that aren’t always easy to spot with standard search engines. But we totally get that our service isn’t for everyone. Appreciate your feedback 😊
