Hey, Ann! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and we love knowing that we've been able to jumpstart your vacation to Cancun!! I checked your account and noted that you had not correctly updated your airport to ensure you're seeing all your flight offers, so that has been adjusted for you. If you would like to add any other airports that you can fly from, you may do so easily from your Lounge or just email our Member Experience at: [email protected] and ask them to add them for you :)

Cassiano, thank you so much! Our Navigators know how hard it is to find those really wonderful flight offers during peak times and they ensure they keep their eyes extra peeled, so you have flights just when you're looking for them - peak times and every other time of the year. We're so glad we've been able to bring you great offers and looking forward to bringing you even more!
