Stay away! This company is a scam. Took money but no service provided. All the emails got ignored. Don’t sign up to them under no circumstances.

We're definitely not a scam and are saddened that you think that. We couldn't spot any emails from you in our inbox, so please if you're ever in need of more support, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help - even if it may be for a cancellation request!

I subscribed to JFC but never used them as I didn't find their offers were particularly good. I unsubscribed however on checking my on-line banking I discovered they are still taking my subscription annually. I have tried contacting them but emails are dealt with by a third party. I would not advise using this company.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
We aim to be transparent about our annual renewal process, and all subscription details are outlined at sign-up. That said, if you’ve already unsubscribed and are still being charged, that’s definitely something we’d want to investigate and resolve for you. Our customer support team handles all inquiries directly, so I’m sorry if it felt like you weren’t getting the help you needed. We really do appreciate your feedback ✈️

Unable to access my account after signing up, incredibly slow response time to my issue. One lost customer!

Sells on Instagram as totally free yet the first page asks me for £35 so no don't give them your email and stay clear
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
We do offer a free membership that provides limited flight alerts, and no payment is required to sign up for that. The £35 option was for our Premium membership, which includes more frequent and exclusive deals. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure our messaging is as clear as possible! ☺️

This organisation portrays itself as a small ethical business. There are however multiple negative reviews post across many consumer forums recounting significant issues with their billing. Having paid for an annual plan my membership was cancelled a few months later. Multiple emails sent and no response from them, this matches others experience. I did not get what I paid for Because of their systemic billing problems, unresponsiveness and poor conduct this is an organisation that cannot be trusted. Unclear whether they are still in business as they do not respond It took 3 YEARs to get a response to my review! That tells you all you need to know

Joined 2 years ago while looking to book a trip to Australia now apparantly I have a recurring membership which I was complete unaware of and have paid another £35 for despite the fact that I have plans to travel abroad this year. No doubt this is in the small print but why not let customers know when they are coming up for renewal and give them the choice whether to renew or not? Absolute waste of money. Didn’t even see a deal worth booking in the year when I chose to be a member so no way I’d have renewed given the choice.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hey Evelyn, our annual fee does automatically renew by default, and we provide clear information on our upgrade pages and in our checkout flows (right at the point of signup) that outlines exactly what you'll be charged and when. Plus, our 14-day money-back guarantee is there if you ever decide our service isn't right for you! I'm sad to hear you didn't find a flight alert that worked for your plans. Thanks anyway for giving us a go! ✈️
