Took my money and then gave me nothing for it. Ignored my emails asking for access to the premium mailing list.

Agree with the other bad reviews here...beware what you are signing up to!!! They took my money without my consent, failed to explain when i asked, failed to refund and stopped corresponding. They try to come across as a friendly small business but my experience is they are absolutely shrewd and do everything they can to take and keep your money. Terrible behaviour and very calculated, don't be fooled. Can't stand these kind of subscription 'companies'. AVOID!!!

Echo another reviewer about this company taking payments which it was requested should cease. Efforts by the bank to stop these over 18 months were scuppered by the company altering the payee details slightly on 3 occasions so it appeared to be a new payee, and thus circumvented the blocks the bank had applied to stop payments being taken. Unless and until the merchant agrees to cease taking payments the bank maintained they were powerless to stop this sharp practice. The company have now said they will cease taking them - and responded promptly when told the Financial Ombudsmen would be contacted. Beware what you are signing up to when joining the premium service and be equally wary of the banking sector which maintains its not their problem if payments continue to be made when you want them to stop!

Dishonest - They take money from your account without permission or notification of doing so. Also during the pandemic they continued to charge members for the service despite pointlessly posting deals that were impossible to go on, due to international travel bans. They stated they added a feature to pause membership - however they didn't tell members about this feature, so it is just another example of a dishonest way to try to wriggle out of providing customers with refunds for a service not provided. Note, I had been willing to help support a small business until they decided to fraudulently take money from my account. They also haven't once said thank you to members who supported them through the pandemic so as far as businesses go, this once just wants your money and has poor ethics. Most deals posted are also standard early air fair rates and cheaper rates can be found by going directly to sky scanner entering the dates you actually want to fly instead of the restricted dates they offer. If you want to join a flight deal club I'd recommend trying one of the many others that hopefully aren't in it just to take your money, and offer you value and treat you fairly in return.

Fantastic company, great value for money!

Really like the different types of offers they send, both 'regular' flights and ideas for long weekends. Also provides some great inspiration and ideas for destinations that otherwise wouldn't be on my radar at all. Great service and their customer support is top notch as well!

Some great value flights if you are flexible on when and where you are going, but I had not realised the annual fee automatically renews by default - they send no reminder as the renewal date approaches, though there is an option to cancel it on your profile. Useful to be aware of.

This company is just wonderful. I love them with all my heart.
