They will attempt to charge your card multiple times with no email notification for renewing membership. Very sneaky. Awful practise

I’m f I could give zero stars I would. Money taken from my account- even though they promise a refund within 13 days, they are not responding to any of my emails or messages on various platforms. How frustrating when no other means of contacting them- very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I have had £39 taken from my bank account even after I have unsubscribed. When you try to contact them by email they make out that they will be reply to you within 24hrs,so far I have heard nothing in four days and doubt whether they have any intention of replying.....they are nothing but con artists,dont give them any of your money.

I don't understand the complaints about this service. While you can technically find flights on the internet independently, the dedication and time needed to consistently hunt for the best deals can be overwhelming. After a year as a premium member without using any deals, I decided to unsubscribe. Ironically, right after that, I received a free weekly email with a fantastic deal for flights to Bali. Seizing the opportunity, I booked tickets for a March trip with my wife, saving at least £500. It's a reminder that sometimes, the best opportunities come when you least expect them.

The "deals" are not deals at all, if you search Skyscanner, Google flights, kayak any of the large flight search engines you'll find better deals. Only time I've seen a decent deal is when an error fare is highlighted but you usually have less than an hour to act upon this and spending several hundreds of pound on a flight without checking any other criteria can be risky. The "deals" tend to exclude seat and baggage so you will often see "regular price £150" deal price £75 but then the regular price includes bag and seat. So the "deal" price then states £50 bag and £25 for seats to make it the same price as the normal ticket. Not to mention the obscure times and layovers, here's a great trip to Belgium from London for only £50, saving you £20 excluding baggage and seat, and all you have to do is fly at 3.20am tomorrow via Scotland, Norway and Denmark with a mere 14hr layover

Complete daylight robbery, they provide no service whatsoever. The emails you get just links you to google flights. Anyone can get the same flights at the same price just by going on google flights. Don't fall for this scam. You literally get nothing for your money.

Not only it's fake and scam operation, but you can't even unsubscribe from this conman fake website. Don't provide credit cards or... Trust Pilot should start 0 grading or under for scams like this.
