Gives the impression when you sign up…
Gives the impression when you sign up that the discounted rate is for a whole year. It is only for 1 month. Difficult to unsubscribe. Information included is worthless. Better doing your own research on Google flights or Skyscanner. Jack's flight club is a total rip off.

Sorry to hear you feel that way! We know subscriptions can sometimes be confusing, but our trial terms are designed to give you a low-risk way to see what we’re all about. The details about the monthly trial and subsequent annual subscription are clearly outlined at sign-up. If you had trouble unsubscribing, we’re always happy to help! Just drop our support team a quick note, and we’ll sort it out for you 🙏

I cancelled my subscription over a year…
I cancelled my subscription over a year ago. They still took my credit card, charged me another $35, and extended my subscription for a year, all without my permission. If, as they say, I didn't cancel, why didn't I get even one ad or e mail from them for over a year. They are in the UK and I don't think they give a fig about USA customers. I cancelled my credit card so that they can't do this again.

That sounds really frustrating, and I’m sorry you had this experience. If your subscription was cancelled, you definitely shouldn’t have been charged again. We genuinely care about all our members, no matter where they’re based, and we’re always happy to help. Thanks for the feedback—we appreciate it! ✈️

Massive scam
Massive scam, you don't get offers, and they set up a direct debit , that is a nightmare to get rid of, even after writing. Save your money total rubbish!
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Our subscription is not a direct debit but a standard recurring payment, which can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by reaching out to our support team. ✈️

Auto renewal rubbish
Rubbish never wanted auto renewal from the start. They still took £48 from my account. Luckily my bank will refund
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Our auto-renewal policy is clearly outlined at sign-up, but we understand it can sometimes be missed. If you didn’t intend to continue your membership, we’re always happy to look into this as we have 14-day money-back guarantee! ✈️

Just signed up and took the premium…
Just signed up and took the premium option, they took the £1 for the 30 day trial but I can’t even access the website or app. I have emailed them requesting to cancel my subscription but no doubt they will “miss” the email and still charge me in a months time.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hi Douglas, thanks for reaching out. I see we received your email on the 8th and replied on the 9th to help you with your Premium account. We're sorry to see that you cancelled so soon—we were hoping you'd have a chance to experience all that our service offers. We truly value your feedback and are here to help if you have any further questions or concerns 🤝

Tricky customer service but can find some good offers
Product is fine, i haven't bought one of their flights but some good ones there. When I signed up i used an email and couldn't get hold of them to swap it. In the end I just used my alternative email.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
We had a look into this and saw that we resolved the issue for you the day after you reached out. It’s a shame you still felt the need to leave a review even after we got it all sorted! Wishing you plenty of great trips ahead! ✈️

THIS IS A SCAM they collect money by…
THIS IS A SCAM they collect money by giving you a "cheap" trial or offer, then use your details to collect the full amount WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU this is happening. By the time you receive a credit card statement their "14 day cooling off" has past and refuse to refund the money. AVOID AVOID AVOID. And I can call you that the so called deals they claim to offer are not worth the electrons used to send them as 99.9% of the deals are useless.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, Nic. We want to assure you that transparency is a top priority for us. Our trial offer and the subsequent annual subscription are clearly explained on our upgrade pages and during the checkout process. If you ever have any concerns about the charges or the service, please reach out to our customer support team. We're here to help clarify any issues and address your concerns directly!

Useless and a scam--save your money
It started off as useless, then turned into a scam. Same info you can get from Google Flights and you can hone in our just the places in which you are interested and get price change notifications from Google. Who cares about cheap flights to Sri Lanka? I canceled the service during the trial period. They billed me 9 days later for a renewal and claimed they had no record of my cancellation. My cancel email "magically" disappeared so I sent them a screen print showing they deleted my account in time, but they ignored it. They are either an incredibly incompetent tech company or scam artists. I'm fairly sure it is the latter.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Ah, this is definitely not the experience we want you to have! We totally get that Google Flights is a solid tool, but we like to think of ourselves as the flight-obsessed friend who does the searching for you. Spotting rare price drops, error fares, and flights you might not come across otherwise. If you cancelled during the trial, you absolutely shouldn’t have been charged. Sounds like something went wrong, and we’re very sorry about that. Thanks for the feedback—we’re always looking to improve! 😊
