Great Customer Service Experience
Even I have been confused by their payment terms. But the customer service team was great and with just one e-mail from my side, the issue was resolved and I did not pay, for what I not intended to pay for. The deals just were not appealing to what I was looking for and if you know a little about how to research cheap flights, you probably do not need this. But they have a nicely structured website and give you tips, if you are new to the game of searching flights. So there is definitive value brought to those, even if you do not find a deal directly from their site.

I am confused by the negative reviews
I am confused by the negative reviews, the T&Cs seem pretty clear to me and they offer a trial so you know what the service/offers will be like. I have booked some great flight deals from their emails both short and long haul.

Scammy terms and conditions
Scammy terms. They use language to give the impression that you are paying $1 for a year but it’s for a month and then they automatically charge you $48. Don’t sign up for even a free trial with them.

WARNING WARNING.....Buyer Beware on- line...Read their "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" and any buttons you may press by mistake.....Also other reviews on this "WONDERFULL WONDERFULL" company.....Merchant Name: Jacksflightclub Transaction Date.....2024 Transaction Amount/s: £48.00 Disputed Amount/s: £48.00 First you pay just £1 now they have your bank account information then they, within days take the "MEMBERSHIP FEE"! First try and contact them...Good luck with that one! So the bank now starts to get my money back. From my bank Thank you for getting in touch about the above debit card payment. Based on the information we have, we're sorry to let you know we’re unable to continue with your dispute. We appreciate this may not be what you expected, so we want to explain our decision and what you can do next. •The merchant has provided evidence to confirm a refund is not due. •We’ve reviewed the seller’s "Terms and Conditions"!!!!. Please see attached. So you have been warned, other companies would have realized a mistake was made and refunded, but not this lot. LETS JUST HOPE THEY DONT TRY AND TAKE THIS MONEY AGAIN NEXT YEAR.. under "AUTORENEW"!!

Utterly useless information
Utterly useless information. Sky scanner is much better. Do not pay them a penny, you’ll get nothing for it and they won’t pay you back. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.

We’re actually quite different from Skyscanner. While they’re a great comparison tool, we focus on sending you hand-picked, curated flight alerts, so you don’t have to spend hours searching. Disappointing
When this started up it was quite a useful site/service. Everything now requires paid membership, and delivers little for the money. It looks like it was just a scheme to build up a useful dataset of peoples information which JFC can monetize for a profit without giving anything of value in return. With a little effort there is nothing they share that you can't find for yourself without having to pay for membership. I'd give this site a very wide berth.

I had a charge taken from my account…
I had a charge taken from my account which I didn’t recognise as I had a free account I queried this and got a response immediately and I was refunded in a few days I can’t fault the customer service and really reinstated my confidence in this company I’ve read the other reviews but my experience was fantastic and I’m so grateful Kind regards Amanda
