If your subscription was cancelled, and you were still charged, that’s absolutely not how it should work. I just looked into this for you, and it looks as if we did send you over a refund on the 28th!

We do offer a completely free version, and you definitely shouldn’t have to sign up for a trial if you don’t want to.
