Extremely reliable and hugely knowledgeable.
Not only supplying details of cheap flights around the world, they provide detailed information on a huge number of destinations which are based on personal experiences. Keep up the excellent work. Thank You.

Not overly impressed
I have been trialling Jack’s flight club for the last three months, but I am not super impressed. Living in Ireland, you may as well be in Outer Mongolia As the feedback on flights, departing from Ireland is very scant indeed. I dare say if you live in England, particularly London and the Southeast it will provide adequate possibilities. I completely understand there are more flights from the more populated areas. However, I do feel that In Ireland, we are a bit of an afterthought and offers on flights from Ireland are poorly researched and hence given low priority. Update after reply from JFC…. That’s good to hear! Great to see a company that actually takes action on critical feedback. I look forward to seeing how things improve in the coming weeks and months.

We really appreciate you trialling our service over the past three months. We understand that, living in Ireland, you’ve found the flight options to be more limited compared to areas like London and the Southeast. While it's true that more deals often come from more populous regions, we recognise that our Irish members deserve the same level of service and attention. We're actively looking into expanding and refining our selection for flights departing from Ireland. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us improve our coverage and research Thanks again for your input. It truly helps us grow ☺️

Difficult to find the fares indicated…
Difficult to find the fares indicated in the emails, one needs to search a lot in Google Flights, as the dates of travel cover a too wide timeframe and are often inaccurate.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you've found it challenging to locate the fares from our emails. We design our Flight Alerts to offer flexible travel options, but we understand that a wide timeframe can sometimes make it harder to pin down the exact deal on platforms like Google Flights. Your feedback is valuable, and we're reviewing how we present travel dates to make them as accurate and useful as possible. If you have any suggestions or need further assistance booking any of our Flight Alerts, please feel free to reach out to our support team—we're here to help! ☺️
