Hey, Alex. Thanks for getting in touch and giving us an opportunity to review your account. We are so sorry to see of this issue and have done a thorough review of your email history with us. Your initial contact with us was on 03rd March 2026 and we replied on 04th March 2026. We reached out to you on 06th March 2026 on the initial email thread (the same day you left this review), where you can see we did reply to you previously. It is very disheartening to receive a 1 star review in a case where you were contacted by the Member Experience team twice. We have cancelled your subscription with us, as requested, and a refund has been issued.
