Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely interested in understanding how the service may work better for you and had reached out a few days ago by email to offer some tips on ensuring you're seeing the flights you're after, and also providing a flight tip to one of your preferred destinations. Sadly, we have not heard back to date on if that flight is the kind you're hoping to see. We would love to hear back from you to understand more on how we may help. Please reply directly to that email or, reach out via the Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]

Getting nothing worth investing on a subscription. Not impressed
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMar 30, 2026
Thanks for your feedback Ruth — I’m sorry to hear you haven’t found the Flights useful so far. I can see you’re currently on a trial, and I’d really like to help you get more value from it. Our Flights tend to work best when there’s a bit of flexibility with dates or airports, and sometimes small tweaks can make a big difference in what you see. If you’d like, we’d be happy to take a closer look and help guide you towards Flights that better match what you’re looking for, you're welcome to reach out to our Member Experience team at [email protected]

I have only gotten one Flight Club newsletter since I enrolled in November of last year and found little of use to me in it. I regret having spent the money for the newsletter.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMar 30, 2026
Hi there, Thanks for your review — I’m sorry to hear this has been your experience. I’ve taken a look at your account and it seems your email notifications were turned off, which would explain why you’ve only received one newsletter. I’ve now switched these back on for you, so you should start seeing more of the Flights we share coming through. You can also manage your preferences at any time in your Members Lounge here: https://members.jacksflightclub.com If you’d like, I’d be very happy to help make sure everything is set up in a way that works best for you — feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can take a closer look with you. We’d love the chance to turn this around for you.

Fab offers which are updated regularly. The instructions are also clear to follow. Great value for money!

It’s great to know you feel you’re getting good value from the service, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. I’ve passed your comments on to the team as well. Wishing you lots of great travels ahead!

I like the articles, but filters are inadequate to focus on my specific interests. JFC sometimes seems to be peddling things that are not that great. I want more targetted info/recommendations aiming at my specific interest.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMar 30, 2026
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you’ve been enjoying the articles. I’m sorry to hear that the Flights haven’t felt as relevant to your specific interests as you’d like. While we do offer some ways to refine what you see through your preferences, our service is focused on highlighting standout Flight opportunities we find, rather than searching for specific routes on demand. That said, adding destinations and airports to your account can help us better align the Flights we send with the places you’re most interested in. We’ve also passed your feedback on to the team, as we’re always looking at ways to improve how we present and surface Flights. If you’d like any help getting your preferences set up, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] — we’re happy to help.

Great experience, I really like the service. I accidentally missed cancelling my free trial until a couple of days after the deadline and the team was very helper and quick to get my issue resolved. I highly recommend JFC

Hey, JP. We're so happy that we were able to resolve your refund query quickly and get that matter closed :) Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. If you do need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach back out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]
Peter
Very hard to find the flights advertised
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMar 30, 2026
Thanks for your feedback Peter — I’m sorry to hear you’ve found it difficult to find the Flights and navigate the site. We did try to get in touch previously to help with this, but haven’t been able to connect just yet. We’d still be very happy to take a closer look with you and help make things easier. Our Flights can sometimes depend on a bit of flexibility with dates or airports, but we’re always working on making these clearer and easier to follow. If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can walk through it with you or help you find something that works.
