Options for flight deals made easy
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMay 8, 2026
Karen, thank you so much! We're thrilled to see this :) Our Navigators spend hours researching flight deals and individually writing our flight emails, to make sure we make the process as easy as possible for you to book and that you have all the info you need about the trip. We hope you book many wonderful deals and when you do, please remember to send us a Postcard!

One, they arent sending enough deals or specials and then the ones they do send arent very valuable to us. They dont really feel like a deal. Won't continue service much longer.

I paid £48 when I want to look at a flight it is asking for £1 to be a member when I'm already a member.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMay 12, 2026
Hey, David. We're so sorry to see of this issue and thank you for alerting us, so we could check into it further for you. We do see that you had been in touch with our Member Experience team in early March and we asked that you reply confirming that the correct log in was being used, but sadly, had not heard back on that email thread. No worries, our team have been in touch again and we do see that you've been back in contact with them. We await the confirmation of the details requested and truly look forward to assisting you further with this matter, so we can get you accessing all your flight offers. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Never see deals for solo travelers that don’t cost extra for a supplement. You need to add more deals that don’t penalize solo travelers as the trend in the world is more and more solo travelers but we never seem to get any deals.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMay 12, 2026
Hey there. Thank you so much for alerting us of this. Your feedback has been sent over to our Navigators and we will definitely do our best to try and find the best ways of isolating flight deals that would be beneficial to solo travelers. A lot of our own JFC staff are often travelling solo, so we completely understand the need to fill a gap left in the industry and ensure we are servicing all of our members the best that we can. Again, thank you for highlighting this need and we hope to have some positive changes in the near future :)
