Great Product

Purchased a paint sprayer and can’t get it to work. Several back and forth emails in between a couple days of delay response. Requested a full video, sent it and now they need to send it to their tech which is yet another delay. Know before you start to test the product beforehand (duh-I didn’t) and then getting a replacement is maybe a possibility but it’s going on 3 weeks and my project is still waiting on the tech to get me a replacement or figure out why it won’t spray out the paint but blows air just fine. I wish I could have given this a better review.

Received a garden tiller, where the box looked like it had been opened and then returned. Opened the box, and it looked like it had been used. We purchased a new item, so we closed it up, and contacted the company. 3 months later, we are still going backend forth with them. They do not stand behind there 100% satisfaction guarantee!!!

I would give a zero if I could. I bought a steam cleaner and the thing leaks like crazy. The attachments keep unscrewing. I wrote to the company saying I want to return it and they said it is not possible. It was $110.00 and now i am out the money which i dont have money to throw away like that.

A good company that honors their warranty and provides on going tech support. Definitely buy from iTools they are your go to supplier of quality products. I will be a long-term customer. Joe

UPDATE: they emailed me again and are dragging their feet and want a video of something that doesn’t work??? It’s been in the return box since January! They use the worst stall tactics ever! I have email after email them asking redundant questions. I’ve done everything I can to help this along. I will continue to spread this is a SCAM until they take care of the situation. I have been dealing with this company since January. I wanted either an exchange or refund because the product wasn't working. I have about 15 emails back and forth and all they can do is keep asking silly questions of me. They are completely ignoring the fact they said it would be no issue for a return. It’s a HUGE issue as they are skipping out on their responsibility of taking care of the customer. This company has got to be a scam. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
