Ordered a motion detect sprayer. Got it quickly, but even with It set to high sensitivity, continuous on, this morning I watched a squirrel directly about 5 feet in front of the sensor pull off a persimmon and jump off the tree while the device did not respond. Waving a hand in front does set it off. On their website they have only 5 star reviews. They did not post my negative review which stated the product is useless. I reposted my review, it was taken down within two minutes. ADDENDUM- They still do not post my reviews, but after seeing this one on trutpilot, they reached out and tried to be helpful. They gave me 10% rebate, In the mean time, after a few sunny days to charge the battery, it is a bit more sensitive.

No instructions or manual with order. Lots of buttons on the hand held blower but no explanation of what they were for or how to use the vacuum feature. Company didn't provide a phone contact number or any information with the order. Can't believe a company doesn't provide a phone # on their website. They did contact me with an email 4 days after I reached out to them, so I am thankful for that. The product seems to work very well. Thank you

The package arrived damaged and a broken nozzle caused it to leak. Thankfully, customer service was quick to send out a replacement spray pot, and the liquid is working great for my grass now.

The handle on the mower is very cheaply made and I've already had to tape it together. I know this is an inexpensive piece of equipment but the handles should be sturdy enough to last.

It's really hard to criticize a company when they at least try to fix the problem...I understand why it took over 5 weeks for delivery....I made multiple inquiries about the order and received the same computer generated response message back...it finally showed up...the item was as described and was what I expected... however it was damaged...I have 3 responses to the company with pictures to show the damage...no response back...none...the damage is very simple....the right wheel bracket needs to be screwed in... there's nothing inside that will hold the screw...the left side is fine... basically I have something that only has 1 wheel...I took pictures of the left and right holes to show the missing part...no response...yes I provided the correct information and invoice number that was given to me Order #197375....at this stage a $200.00 plus item is useless with no response back with multiple attachments...just an honest assessment of my situation with this company...use your own judgment to order from them.... Update: obviously this product has experience this type of defect before...the computer offered a 10% back and picture instructions to disassemble and fix the piece that fell off on the inside...it was a lot easier to to that than go thru the process of send back and wait for replacement...the item now works fine and and glad this was resolved...

After posting a negative review, my order miraculously shipped. We received the order and have been using the shovel to help with this snowstorm that just hit. For what it is, it works. Better with the light fluffy snow, not so much with sleet, packed snow and ice. Customer support replied to my email of 1/14 today 1/26. We ordered two 16in snow shovels the end of December. Our credit card was charged but no order received. I emailed the company and am waiting on a response. Card shouldn't be charged until order ships. Reading all the negative online reviews and scam articles has me nervous and frustrated. I should have done more research before ordering!

Purchased a battery powered paint sprayer. Tracking the parcel internationally was complicated, the parcel was well overdue of the suppliers estimated delivery time. Contacted supplier to email parcel status. Meantime parcel arrived, email reply was a week later. In my opinion the supplier should send the purchase customer details of the tracking method relevant to that particular country in the first purchase confirmation email, as I found it impossibly complicated on the internet to track a parcel comming from china to NZ. Has anyone else had the same problem?
