itoolmax.comReviews of itoolmax.com

IToolMax - This company fraudulently describes their products and their services I purchased two Wall Mounted Fireplace Kindling Splitters On their website they describe the splitter to come with a detachable handle and two options of a long and short handle. They describe on their web site “switch to the longer handle for more leverage and greater force”, the longer handle does not exist. When the splitters arrived I noted that the handle was welded on and only the single handle came with the product. I contacted IToolMax about the issue and they initially ignored my message. After repeated attempts they replied sending me a u-tube video showing the changes they made to the product that had no relevancy to my issue. They advertise a 30-day guarantee, receive a full refund, no hassle.. They offered me $20.00 of a $300 purchase If their fraudulent actions on what they advertise and what they actually supply exists with the kindling splitter I purchased I am sure it exists with other products. I recommend that you source an alternative supplier for any product and not do business with IToolMax

I purchase a Carplayer unit through a Facebook add that this company had. When I received the unit the power pin would not fit correctly into the main unit and maintain power to it. After talking to their customer service person, all I am getting from them is a run around. They say to just push the pin in, but if I push it in any further it will damage the unit. This company sold me a defective product and refuses to refund my money. They claim to have a money back guarantee on their products, but they won't honor it!

I ordered a chainsaw with pruning shears and pole extension. All arrived except pruning shears. When questioned I was told there was an extra cost for the pruning shears. I was sent a screenshot of the product on their website which CLEARLY shows the pruning shears but still itoolmax claims this is extra cost. Beware of this company

I ordered and received two boxes of outdoor eaves lights. I unpacked them and plugged them in and they demonstrated cool white light, so I installed them. But, when I tried to change the colors and operate them as advertised, they did not work. Yesterday, they contacted me by email which included a video. I’d installed them incorrectly. I removed them from my eaves and re-installed the according to the video and they worked perfectly. I am now very happy with my purchase, so far.

I posted this review on the itoolmax.com web site ... it was quickly removed. So I am posting it here, where they cannot remove it. The hose itself is great. Expands quickly and allows for much better water flow than my previous hose. The spray gun is cheap and poor quality. Latch is very difficult to engage. I did not receive the brass shut off valve shown in the pics that allows you to stop water flow to change guns. The hose hanging bracket is very flimsy and unlikely to last long. I won't use it. The recommendation to keep the hose out of the sun is concerning. I don't know anyone who puts their hose away out of the sun after use - but then, I don't know anyone who stores their hose in a little (pointless) bag either. Be mindful when stretching the hose upon first use (as instructed), the soft hose actually has a very rough surface that will remove skin on the insides of your fingers when you draw it through them. My dog loves the hose and the way it moves ... given the similarity in appearance to a snake, I am a bit concerned about my camping trip next month. Apart from those points, its a really good hose with great water flow. The accessories could just use improvement. I certainly would not pay the claimed "usual price" for it but then, I doubt anyone ever has - which brings into question the stated value, supposed discount offered and integrity of the company. The fact that they quickly removed my review, clearly answers that question.

ATTENTION !!!
