Every aspect of dealing was terrible
First customer service at first was poor. Shipping was slow. When FedEx did deliver they delivered to a house on another street (fedex issue). After putting it together it was easy to see the edger was a piece of junk. Not worth the $139 I paid for it. Oh you can’t call itoolmax. They do not provide a phone number. Buyer beware. I’ll never buy from them again.

Under powered, don't waste your money
The video on YouTube was helpful to assemble the tool, which is the only reason I gave 1 star. The weedwacker doesn't have enough power to cut through 1 inch thin weeds. There is no way it cuts thicker brush in a ditch like the video portray. Watch out for false advertisement. I am going to try and return it.

Not good for very tall weeds and light…
Not good for very tall weeds and light brush. Besides weeds get stuck on the blade and have to remove them by hand. Furthermore the batteries don't last long and take a long time to charge again. I was able to go faster with my hand tools. It's a waste of money and effort. I would like to add that the first time I use Itoolmax weed wacker, the metal stopper/wear guard broke.

I purchased four wheel 3in1 lawn mower…
I purchased four wheel 3in1 lawn mower put the weed whacker on and the motor spins it right off, like it’s going backwards the threads on the motor head only go on one way also the threads on the rope only allows it to go on one way , something is wrong here.

3 In 1 Cordless Grass Trimmer, Weed Eater and Edger
I don't have any updates on my order. It's been 10 days. There are no updates listed on iToolMax or in the Shop app. The only way to get tracking information is by downloading the Shop app, which has no actual updates. If I'd seen these reviews, I wouldn't have bought this product.

The plastic melted and the blade bent…
The plastic melted and the blade bent the first time using it. It seems to be made with very cheap materials. I don't recommend it.

Problem with Assembly and no reply from support line
Received the 3in1 tool and assembled as per instructions plus watching video on UTube. The wheel fixings bore no resemblance to the instruction. In trying to tighten up the nut on the large bolt on the wheels, this was impossible as there is no room for me to use my fingers to tighten it. This means the wheels are collapsing, and the tool is not safe to use. I have now emailed them on their support line 3 times, with no reply. I am a 74 widow, and was drawn to the fact that they advertise older people using it. I can ill afford to lose the money I paid for something I can’t use.
