I ordered a pool alarm but I hen it arrived it didn’t work properly and interfered with my wireless alarm in my home. It took weeks to get itoolmax to agree to a refund but you have to upload pictures and videos. I still have not received my refund. Shop somewhere else.

IToolMax is a fraudulent company that scams customers online with deceptive information and then refuses returns or doesn’t reimburse customers after they return the items. The quality of iToolMax items is extremely poor. All made in China subpar tools that won’t last more than a week. Avoid at all costs!!

I was weak and gave into the advertising. After waiting 4 weeks for delivery, I discovered terrible instructions and terrible photos to assemble this piece of junk. Huge design flaw trying to trim next to any curbing or shrubs. Between the Outside wheel and the cutting area was a little more than 3.0 inches. Cheap plastic parts. This "Tool" found itself to the trash can in a Hour and a half.

Ordered 2 of same products...one 4 me and one 4 a friend. Tried one, didn't do job for our yards. Have been trying to return for wks! They requested I send pics of ALL parts, which I did.Also , all parts perfectly CLEAN... They were supposed to look over pics and deside what amt. I would receive in refund (😳) and how to return. I haven't had a response from them since, other than pics were received. $200+ might be down the drain . We are in our 80's and our friends are in early 90's and still doing own yard work, just like us. Not the best at DEALING online, but.....I know enough to see a scam when I see one!

I needed to return an item. This turned into a long back and forth. 1) They asked me to send pictures of the box. 2) Customer Service asked me to send a photo of the address label. 3) Customer service asked me to send photos of what's in the box. 4) Customer service asked for detailed photos of each item in the box. Folks, this is not trustworthy.

I am sick and tired of waiting for return authorization for my return of my lawn trimmer that wasn’t able to cut my grass and you asked for pictures which I sent everything you asked for if I don’t hear from you I will start legal process and go to small claims court which then you will have to send a representative to the hearing otherwise you could be charged also with unnecessary stress and you will also be charged for court costs. I’ve tried to be nice about this but enough is enough. Bruce Bryant

This company is a complete SCAM. I have done EVERYTHING they asked to get my refund to no avail!!! The tool itself is a complete piece of plastic JUNK and when they say 100% guarantee do not fall for that like I did. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
