absolutely horrific! I purchased $170 Halloween decoration. When it came, it looked absolutely nothing like advertised!!!. It was a beat up box, with broken poles, literally like a beat up decoration with missing hair, chopped wires, broken poles, and when I put batteries in it, it didn't even work. I literally could buy something better at the dollar tree. I am in the process of prosecuting them for fraud, since they refuse to return my money. They screwed with the wrong chick! little do they know, I work with the law!

My first email was sent 9/24 to request full return. I have sent several emails asking for refund. When they reply usually after a 2nd email or a separate customer service request on website, they offer 10%, 20% then 30% discount of if I keep it. They also sent me instructions to assemble it. I have told them repeatedly assembly does not work. And have sent a number of pictures. It’s ridiculous. DO NOT BUY. CHEAP MANUFACTURING TOO. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

First of all if you are considering a purchase from this company look at their reviews on their site. The majority are for Anonymous individuals. There are 347 reviews on the BB site and 58% are 1 star. All with similar issues, poor quality, no response to complaints and denied information and refunds. I ordered a small tiller it took forever to arrive yet they charged my CC in advance. My story is similar to all the unhappy customers. Delayed delivery, product breaks immediately, no documents enclosed with the product, no warranty document. They sent a replacement head it breaks in the same place as the first one. I ask for full refund based on their 365 day guarantee, 30 day guarantee refund. Instead I get emails first telling me pay more for a bigger version of their poorly designed product. Then they claim I am using it incorrectly and it's only for loose soil! I would not need a tiller if the soil was loose and they advertise it on solid soil and thick grass. More false advertising.. I file a complaint with my CC, they then offer a full refund but only if i cancel the dispute. We go back and forth on this. My CC said since you have it in writing, they recommended I cancel the dispute. First Itool said they did receive the cancellation. Then next day they claim it is still active. They have provided dishonest information to my CC. They finally claimed they will refund my money but it can take 75 business days. The most dishonest group ever. Now they claim I have not returned the product. Yet they never asked me to return it nor did they responded to my email asking about this. I have fled a complaint with the FTC and will with other organizations. I recommend everyone that has experienced similar problems do the same. They are dishonest and scammers. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Cheapest, most flimsy yard product I've ever purchased. They wanted pics, sent them and the blade they stated as bent was never attached or used. Put this together with circular blade and used less than a minute. Then they wanted $20 for a blade attachment and stated I had to pay postage. But they did offer 30% discount, which I'm waiting on. Prolonging this refund?! Save your time and money, pass this company up!

Do NOT, under any circumstances, purchase anything from this company. The products are poorly made and they do not do perform as advertised. They state they have a "30 day risk free" and "money back guarantee within 30 days of reciept" but they actually do not follow that. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't even give them one star but that is the lowest you can go to review.

I have never been disappointed with itoolmax. Great yard tools. Sturdy and powerful. Excellent batteries excellent customer service as well. They actually respond quickly everytime! I never question their product reliability. I order because I know what I’m getting is great!

I loved my purchase .It came in very handy for the jobs around my yard. The batteries have very long life per charge which helps alot. Keep up the good work. Can I purchase the 4 wheel accessory since I have the weedeater already?

Ordered the cordless weed eater with wheels. Assembled it upon receipt, charged the two batteries and my wife tried it. It's light-weight with two flimsy wheels mounted to a thin plastic blade cover. The quality is substandard, not acceptable for use beyond a small patch of grass . After my wife's experience I contacted itoolmax. I was told they wanted the item cleaned and returned in the original packaging. I was asked for pictures. I sent pictures. I was told if it had any signs of use it was unacceptable. It was used for about five minutes. I was offered a thirty percent credit. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I would not recommend anyone buy this unit and not purchase from them. I will not. Similar unit is on the web for a lot less cost. They later added for pictures of each individual part, blades etc. None of those except the one saw blade was ever used. I don't have time to play games with them. You shouldn't either. Lesson learned. Their ad video is very well done but the actual unit I received is junk.
