I ordered it off of the internet against my better judgment I received a defective item that has a silver cap on it with a useless tool that is supposed to be used to get the bolt off which it doesn't it just spins around now I have had a series of 10 emails back and forth and they want a video they want pictures I've sent them pictures my phone will not do a video now they are refusing to send me a label so I am going to send this back to the city of industry and I want my money back I don't anticipate I will get my money back but I can assure you I will be all over social media about i-tool Max in their junk

Got a really good cordless tiller that dug through the soil nicely in my wildly overgrown garden bed. Unfortunately, the battery clip broke and doesn't stay in its place anymore.

Do your research before buying from this company. The product I received was cheap, flimsy, poor quality, very different from the description, and did not work as advertised. Returning it has been a nightmare. Customer service keeps demanding additional photos, creating an endless back-and-forth. On top of that, I would have to pay for return shipping, which is not worth the cost of sending back a $150 product that is essentially useless, and wait for them to examine the product to approve a refund. Now I'm out $150 and stuck with a product I can't use. Worst customer service experience I've had. I would not recommend this company or buy from them again.

This is an absolute scam. Don't buy from this company unless you like wasting money. Item broke in the first 5 minutes of usage. Company won't refund my money or return my messages. I'm out $432.00.
