Good-looking hose holder and quite sturdy. I have to give credit to the designer of this item as it looks much better than usual hose holders from the stores.

I give it a 4, it is very good for small jobs,it is light, easy to maneuver, I got it to do around the landscaping i just had done as a big heavy mower was hard to do on a slant and get it right around the edge of the landscaping, The grass was on the wetter side, there had heavy rainfall the night before, I am anxious to give it a try with drier grounds. It does not require great strength or force. will leave another review when i try it on dry grass.

Product works well ,had to remove wheels because my area is no where near flat. Handled thick weeds and small seedlings well. Light-weight and easy forsenior to handle

I am happy with my 3 in 1 tool. It works well. The wheels are a bit wobbly so you have to go slow to get all grass cut with the weed eater blade. Have not used it the other blades so am hoping they work well.

The assembly process for this weed-cutter is super easy and it is not too heavy to use for the maintenance of my garden. Actually, I'm quite happy with the purchase.

My ionizer stopped working and there was water in the top part. Although it took some time and lots of correspondence i got a replacement (this time with a rubber band to protect the seal from damage). Thank you Vicky and Felicia for your time and effort.

WARNING! WARNING! If you are thinking about purchasing this trash, DON'T DO IT! I received a brushless weed whacker that wouldn't even cut grass. I've been trying to return it for months. As soon as I realized what a piece of crap this was, I reached out. After my first negative review and disputing the charge on my card, they finally got back to me. Since then, they offered me up to 30% refund to keep it. Because I declined, I had to remove all the pieces from the box, take pictures to show that the pieces are all there and clean, and finally they approved a return. Mind you, these emails have been going on for a couple of months. Now, these are the stipulations for the return: "To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following packaging requirements: 1.Please pay for the shipping cost, make sure the item and all accessories are complete, and the original packaging is intact and undamaged. 2.Do NOT write, stick labels, place notes, or leave any markings on the inside or outside of the product packaging. If you are required to provide the sender or recipient information, please write it on a removable sticky note and attach it to the package. Any handwriting, stickers, or notes on the box will affect the resale condition of the item, and may result in a deduction. 3. Cover the old express delivery order: Before sending, please paste the new express delivery order completely to cover the original logistics information. 4. After shipping, please provide photos of the shipping label and the tracking number for us to verify delivery. The return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be included to prevent the return package from being unreceivable by us, which would make it impossible to process your refund." HOW IN THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND A WHOLE BOX BACK WITH JUST A STICKY NOTE? AND WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING? THIS PRODUCT IS TRASH AND THEY KNOW IT!

First customer service at first was poor. Shipping was slow. When FedEx did deliver they delivered to a house on another street (fedex issue). After putting it together it was easy to see the edger was a piece of junk. Not worth the $139 I paid for it. Oh you can’t call itoolmax. They do not provide a phone number. Buyer beware. I’ll never buy from them again.
