I ordered a cordless grass trimmer. On their website it states orders are dispatched within 24 hrs and you will receive within 4 to 7 days. I still haven't received my item nor has it been shipped. I reached out and emailed them twice. Never heard back. I even messaged them. Now as I look them up i see they have numerous complaints. I'm going to give them another day before I call my bank to dispute the charges.

I ordered the 3 in 1 weed trimmer a couple weeks ago and have not received any shipping information. I sent an email to customer service and no reply. I used afterpay and thinking about stopping payment before they take another payment out. Very frustrating.

I placed an order for cordless in one on 4th May 2026 the items still have not been despatched. #220694 money taken straightaway Very disappointed aa you can't track an order that hasn't been despatched so nearly a week and half without the item even posted. Now after weeks of waiting it shows Delivery accepted in China I'm UK address on 20th May 2026. I need a full refund and compensation for this whole mess.

If I could give the a no star they would definitely get it. Been trying to cancel an order for 3 weeks now and they keep sending back discount emails instead. Item hasn't even shipped yet. Plus you only get the emails at 3 am in the morning eastern time so that tells me even though this company is in California they are using China for their ripoffs! All I want is the order cancelled and my money back!! Don't ever buy from them!!

It is terrible company, they do not respond. I ordered a tiller/cultivator from the company. On the website, it was showing up as Green Box labeled "Micro" and I kind of thought that the product was what I needed and then they have 30-day money back guarantee. The product was delivered on April 22, 2026 in a cardboard box without any list of items and with no manual. I tried to contact them, they responded asking me to send them pictures, I sent the pictures. According to them, the first set was blurred even though they attached a clear picture to the reply. I sent another email with revised pictures and since then, they did not respond at all. Additionally, they took picture of the "Micro" box off of their website to falsify my claim. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY and you will be left footing the bill for a product that you are not sure that you ordered and they will not follow up with you.

Cannot seem to get tracking info on my order. No response to emails. Seems to be a scam. I do not know is I can get my money back.

I was reading reviews of itoolmax and I need to say I had a good experience. I purchased the 8.7 inch small lawn mower for yards & gardens, yes, it did take some time, but we'll worth the wait. Tried it today and just wow, it did my smallish front and back yard and a little more in different area and still had juice left over. Sooo happy, it's lightweight and very easy to put together. Thank you itoolmax. 5 stars for me. Wish I knew how to attach pics.
