There in one strimmer eventually arrived and very disappointed. Lightweight flimsy crap. Could have paid £30 for it on Temu. They have things that look identical and probably are just with a different name and not the fancy advertising. They should get an Oscar for those. The only thing they do that deserves five stars. Don't waste you money if you want cheap Chinese crap go to Temu and get it for a third of the price.

This company is just trash all they do is take your money and they won't give it back! My order hasn't even shipped yet and I decided that I wanted to cancel it because my needs have changed I no longer want the device but they're playing games and won't give me my money back and had the nerve to tell me they'll give me 20% and I can still keep it. Why would I need 20% and I haven't even gotten the item yet it's just not right. I just get so sick of crooks like this

I am a recent widow with an acre of land to mow and weed eat. I spent over 200 dollars on the 12 inch electric weed wacker and eater with detachable base. The parts do not fit. It appears someone at the company just threw returned parts in a box and shipped them to me. I have emailed the company and was advised I should keep it and they will give me 10% discount as it is a very convenient tool. The brush head will not screw on the base. It is the wrong size. The bolt that holds the saw blade on, does not fit. I hired a handyman to see if maybe I was doing something wrong and he couldn’t get it put together. At this point I’m begging them to respond to my email. There is no other way of contacting them. Please don’t order anything from this company. I’m likely to never get my money back.

Received the 3in1 tool and assembled as per instructions plus watching video on UTube. The wheel fixings bore no resemblance to the instruction. In trying to tighten up the nut on the large bolt on the wheels, this was impossible as there is no room for me to use my fingers to tighten it. This means the wheels are collapsing, and the tool is not safe to use. I have now emailed them on their support line 3 times, with no reply. I am a 74 widow, and was drawn to the fact that they advertise older people using it. I can ill afford to lose the money I paid for something I can’t use.

I ordered the garden seat and weedeater,, charged on my credit card and I haven't received either product. I have left multiple e-mails but have not received any communication.

I ordered a 3-in-1 on May 1, 2026 and have not received an email or tracking number. It says 4-7 days but I have not gotten anything. Is this a scam or what? Very disheartening.
