Horrible company with nonexistent customer service. Ordered a lawnmower back on April 18th, have contacted them 3 times for either shipping information or a refund. No response. It's businesses like these that make people hesitant to order online. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Wondered if I would receive the small lawn mower I ordered. To my surprise I did receive the item in a timely manner. It does work but I hope it lasts.

Terrible! Took the money for my lawn mower out of my bank account without my permission. Product stuck in shipping with no tracking information. It’s been 10 days and I’ve sent many emails without a response, including my recent request for a refund. So disappointed that they stole the money without the lawn mower, which I need quite badly.

This company sucks I paid $240 for this item and didn’t even get the charger for the batteries so I can’t even use what I have. I need to mow my grass because my apartments charges me $20 to cut my grass. I have emailed and messaged them and they still haven’t contacted me back. And they have no phone number. This is crazy. I wouldn’t recommend this company!!!

Order and related charge showed up on my credit card for a random tiller I did not order. Cannot get an email response, they dont respond to the request for contact submitted on their site. I now have to go through the dispute process with my bank, get a new credit card, etc. Sham and Scam!!!

The customer service is so poor that it is non existent. Tried to contact them by email. They claim a 24 to 48 hour window delay to get back to me to you but it has been 8 days. Must be real busy answering complaints. Do not buy from them. The weed trimmer box was broken and missing parts galore. As of today 5/9/2026 they claim to have sent me a package but it never showed up. Sent two emails to them and still have had no contact with their customer service. They give no phone number to call them, I wonder why? Unbelieveable.

After contacting itoolmax multiple times, getting zero response, (even tho they advertise great customer service!), they finally replied after I wrote a bad review. They said they’d replace the battery OR the charger….but never did. Could be great product, but only works for one use or 2 at most. Horrible, the worst I’ve ever encountered with response and doing what they say they will. If your yard tool doesn’t hold a charge, how do you know if it’s the battery or the charger? They said they would send one or the other, but I had to let them know which one. When I finally just gave up and said to send me the charger, I got no response and no charger as promised. do not waste your money. I spent $249 for a yard tool I got to use ONE time.

It is a total nightmare dealing with this place! I ordered the snow shovel in late December, 2025. I contacted them SEVERAL TIMES. I still haven't received it. I finally got fed up and I called my credit card to get over $200 the stupid thing cost me. Now they're telling me that I can't get my money back. WTF!! I will never buy a screwdriver from this place. They're a joke!!!
