I bought a 3 in 1 weed eater. I used it first for edging. After 15 mins it started smoking. I contacted them and they would not replace it. All they would do is send a USED motor. Refused to refund or replace the whole thing. I advise do not to buy ANYTHING from them very BAD quality and customer service. You will be sorry if u buy something from them. I replied to their request so let's see what happens. If they make good on the transaction. I'll post it. They now say they can't download my response. On delay after another. They think sending a USED motor to replace the faulty one I got is acceptable! I don't expect anything to be remedied. I just want to warn everyone don't waste your money on itoolmax. You will be sorry. If u check their ratings you'll see why. It's waste of time, money, headaches & and a bunch of hogwash. Any other company would have made good on the transaction.

It took a long time to arrive … When it finally got here my husband tried it and it performs beyond expectations. I would recommend this product if you have a garden or yard to maintain.

Horrific company- AVOID. Bought a cultivator as it was quick delivery and I needed it. Nothing sent for over 2 weeks. I emailed them to cancel it and conveniently within 30 mins it was dispatched, followed by an email “apologising” as it was “in transit.” I was told to refuse the order on delivery which I did and the company refuse to refund me. They have ignored all of my emails and their chat doesn’t work. They have scammed me out of almost £200.00.

I placed an order on May 6 for a rolling garden seat, $159. I have made 3 attempts to get an update on the status of my order. No response. But of course, my credit card was charged😡

Then thee customer service says i quote "As a goodwill gesture they will give me a 10% refund" i was willing to and back item at my expense and sent pictures of item not Touched in box. Hello I order a itool max 3 in1 Cordless Trimmer Weed Eater and Edger May 2,2026 order number 219998. I made the instalment payment of $27 62 through Affirm/Shop, the discounted price was $110.50. I never received the item, however I emailed Affirm several times they emailed me stating I need to contact itool max. I emailed them, NO RESPONSE!!! I asked for a refund. NO RESPONSE! Their threatening to take more money out of my account. Scam

I bought the handheld / pole soil tiller. Not only did it take 3 weeks for it to be despatched but when it did arrive and was assembled, the tool was too weak to even break the surface or reasonably loose soil. I have emailed for the company to arrange return and to refund me but have not heard back from them. Avoid. After emaing the address indicated in their reply 4 times to no avail, they suddenly reach out to me! Update: I've sent the required email but, once more, I've been ghosted. Absolute con men.

Hard to contact...website only lists an email to contact with response time 24 hrs, not met. Suspicious that their physical address in City of Industry, California but when calling the number listed, says calling New York, NY.
