I ordered the ITOOLMAX AND it says that you can track the order. But when I followed the steps that say to get on the Shop App, it shows the order but nothing else. No Way to track it. Then I have read so many reviews that the customer service and shipping are so bad and that it takes months to get it, and that they don't always send the right parts. I always seem to get taken advantage off, I hope that I don't again Louis Ragghianti

Not even worth one star what they have put me and my disabled husband through!! I have contacted them sooo many times via email and they have been giving us the runaround!! We still need a phone number to actually talk to a person to get a return label because without it we don’t know where to send it back to!! Definitely a SCAM!! The absolute worst customer service EVER!! How dare they play with people’s hard earned money and send this junk out to them for over $200!! A cheaply made product that’s not worth a penny!! I’ll be contacting the BBB next!!

I placed an order and paid for it on May 21st. I have sent several emails and chats with absolutely no response. This company is a scam! Do not order from this company. I am now contacting my credit card company for a full refund. What a joke!!!

Customer service responded in a timely manner when an inquiry was sent regarding shipping and tracking. I received my little mower within ten days and am pleased with this purchase so far. Great for small areas where my big mower can't go. Still need a weed wacker to get close to fencing, etc but this little mower really does mulch the grass back in, leaving no clumps of grass. One thing I'm not liking is how it shuts off when you release your grip ever so slightly on the handle. You must maintain a firm grip at all times to keep it on. I do like how quiet it is though and the battery lasts over 30 minutes. But when it's dead it's dead with no warning. Overall, I recommend this mower.

Ive never dealt with such an unhelpful company, all my emails and social media contact ignored. No other way of contacting! Purchased item and contacted to change order, still haven't recieved item, reply despite payment going out. Would strongly advise people to avoid, in my opinion!!

It does what it says ! Very comfortable to sit on. Easy to open and close. Is quiet in use. Very pleased with mine.

I received half an order. It still has not been resolved. Impossible to get any response from these scammers. Actually would not even score one star. (Wanda)
