I ordered the 3 in 1 cordless grass trimmer on 5/30 and received acknowledgement of order# 234902 but no further notification that it has been shipped. I sent a message inquiring about when it would be shipped but have received no answer and then found there was no way to call. And then found this site filled with similar complaints. I either want the grass trimmer I ordered or a refund! Update: I have received my order so thank you! I have unboxed it but haven't had time to try it out yet but am looking forward to doing so.

This company has to be a scam. All their product video reviews are AI generated. The product was not as displayed as on these AI videos. When trying to return the item, Vicky will intentionally delay replying to your messages so that it goes past the 1 month period. DO. NOT BUY FROM HERE.

De bestelling bleef uit en kreeg geen antwoord op mijn mail . Na 3 weken eindelijk een antwoord, met het bericht dat zij niet konden volgen door een te veel aan bestellingen .Week later bericht dat mijn bestelling verstuurd was en enkele dagen later was mijn bestelling goed en veilig geleverd. Ben zeer tevreden van mijn 350 RM draadloze cultivator werkt zeer goed. Een tip ! Voortaan als je ziet dat je achterstand hebt en bestelling langer duurt dan normaal, stel de klant gerust met een mail. Klant zal dan weten wat er gaande is en niet gefrustreerd raken

What a absolute joke of a company. I ordered a 3 in 1 weed trimmer and got radio silence for a week. I emailed them wondering what the hold up was and never got aresponse I escalate my purchase with paypal worried about this being a scam and low and behold they try reaching out to me! But first they tell me to cancel my dispute before they can do anything. I'd rather not considering the treatment I've received so far. What a load of BS. If I never issued a dispute they would have taken my money and hoped I forgot about their scummy business practices. Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not buy…bought one and took forever so I bought a different one from somewhere else. When it finally arrived, I put in to have it returned and they will not respond to this. Ordered a small lawn mower from them for £199.99. After a week iToolMAX advised it was on the way from Germany to the UK. DHL delivered it to International Hub where it was passed to the Royal Mail/Parcel Force. A week later I checked the tracking which said it had been delivered at 4AM in the morning ?? I rang Parcel Force who advised that something "fishy" was going on and that they had NOT updated the delivery status to Delivered and also that the item was refused access to the country because of incorrect paperwork and was returned to the sender. I e mailed iToolMAX each day for a week with no reply. It seems both the Royal Mail and my bank consider that this firm are scammers. Update 6/6/26 Have since heard from iToolMAX who say they want to deal with this promptly and have admitted their was a problem with the paper work (denying it entry into the UK) and all this after they said they got a signature for delivery (no courier in the UK delivers at 4 o clockin the morning). Obviously still waiting for prompt attention, but not holding my breathe .However, now they have admitted what happened, its more evidence for the bank and the Royal Mail Update 9/6/26 Still heard absolutely nothing from iToolMAX since the last e mail about order CA225501745DE, just keep getting e mails to ask me if I want to order something else. Have now given up on them doing anything and have left it to my bank, who have texted me today and are investigating.

Still waiting on an outcome and refund from this company, no progress yet. It's been 2 months and I've gotten no where with them. I have multiple emails from them saying they will honor their policy and refund my purchase price but nothing yet. How can a company say 30 day risk free trial and 100% satisfaction guarantee and have no intention of doing what they say? Consumer satisfaction means so much and bad reviews make a difference, if they aren't going to honor their policy they shouldn't state it on their web site. All I can say is buyer beware!!!! I Tool Max finally made it right and refunded the purchase price of the product I bought from them. It took a long time and I do not understand why it was such a hassle but they did in the end do the right thing for me.

I placed an order with them after reading their shipping policy was 1 to 3 days. Its been 10 days and still no shipping information and no response from customer service attempts have been made At this point I would just prefer a refund, as I know if something isn't right with the ordered item or something goes wrong with it their return policy will get the same attention. Ghosted. I'll pay more from a reputable company
