The plastic melted and the blade bent the first time using it. It seems to be made with very cheap materials. I don't recommend it.

I ordered a Toolmax cordless lawn mower (8.7-inch electric) in mid-May. It arrived without an aluminum tube necessary for assembling and using it. I have since sent at least 14 emails, two with photographs included (as they requested after the first email). After a couple of proforma responses, they stopped responding at all. Sending this heavy machine back at my own expense would increase my loss, and I have no trust that they would refund my money. Awful company.

The package arrived damaged and a broken nozzle caused it to leak. Thankfully, customer service was quick to send out a replacement spray pot, and the liquid is working great for my grass now.

Very hard to communicate with your company. I’m still waiting merchandise to be delivered. Ordered since 6/7/26 Order #239283

Very poor customer service !!!!!!! Product light weight, not made for heavy-duty work !!! It doesn't matter how many attachments they give you if they don't do the job !!! Poor product for the price, and no customer service !!!

The product I bought was just as advertised and worked even better than I had expected. When I called for a bit of advice, the response was very helpful and not geared to trying to sell me something extra. Highly recommended.

I ordered my electric lawn mower on May 17. Heard nothing for about 3 weeks. I emailed them. Received reply in 24 hours. Was told that they had abundance of orders and were fulfilling them in order and I would receive tracking info soon. Got tracking info about a week later. Mower arrived June 4. Mower easy to assemble, very light weight and perfect for the hill in my lawn I bought it for. I can use it with one hand. I am a 76 yo female. 4 stars is for not telling me about delay up front.
