Great product and practical.

I was very unhappy with the service as I was unable to determine the status of my order. It took almost a month to arrive. Now that I have finally been able to get them hooked to Plug and Play I am not able to get them to work with my Alexa which is the reason I purchased them. I sure do not want to have to use my phone, tablet or computer to turn on a light in the middle of the night. Sure would like to return them.

ITechdeals has great customer service! They follow up on how well you like the products sent to you. If you find a product doesn’t work for you, they will help. I had one representative clearly explain the process for a return and stuck with me throughout the entire experience so that I knew what to expect and wasn’t bounced from person to person. Myself and my extended family have purchased many items from them.

The staff was very professional in dealing with my returns. I was bit greedy to expect high quality in ear plugs by paying 10% of regular price. I returned and received full amount inspite of USPS delays with missing tracking numbers due to either I or post Man doing job at right time. Thanks Mary!
