Great Service, Despite HW Issue I was able to get a good deal on some hardware, but it was damaged. Since there was a limited lot of HW, I contacted customer support. They really took care of me and we ended working on a deal. I would recommend this company and I'll be back!

Ordering on iTechDeals was easy. Also, support was quick to respond (on a weekend) when I needed to change details about my order.

Terrible experience. Buyer Beware: Ordered a refurbished laptop, instead received a damaged laptop (in an undamaged box) that looked like it had been tossed downed an escalator, with all 4 corners smashed in & the screen scratched. This was beyond any "cosmetic imperfection" or "blemish". Then I had to pay $25.00 to ship back, as the company refused. Company was also very slow to respond. This felt like a scam.

I highly recommend this company. Their prices are excellent and on one order I placed there was a mistake made in the quantity of items shipped which resulted in me missing 2 pieces in my order. When I contacted the company they were quick to ship out the replacement items.

I had not gotten my order when I received an email to confirm delivery. I had not received anything regarding my order, other then being charged for it. When I responded to the email, I was contacted right away and continued to receive information regarding where in the process my order was, and would like to give a big shout-out to Amy, the best customer service rep EVER!
