For the price, these are great (disclosure, I got them on a sale). I much prefer ear buds that wedge in my ears rather than ones that create a pressure seal. These add-ons make my apple EarPods very secure - and the sound quality is great on my apple EarPods, so I'm a fan. They could be a little more comfortable, but as I say, for the price, hard to beat!

Had a minor issue with a shipping address. Contacted/emailed customer support and it was handled the way it should be handled: person to person. I was not being directed to a page here, then confirm your password, blah blah blah. Very happy with the service. Thank you!

I had tech issues when ordering (cell service) and therefore my order went through three times without me realizing it until I got order confirmation emails overnight. Before I even had a chance to reach out the next morning the company reached out to see if I wanted to cancel two of them. Then, I didn’t receive the wire likelast due to mailman error (happens all the time) and the company was quick in refilling the order. Great to work with.

My first package didn't arrive within the timeframe. The response from customer service was prompt and they offered to resend or refund. The staff I talked to were very pleasant and helpful.
