I had received damaged wireless earbuds and customer service was very quick in resolving. Amy responded so well and refunded full amount without even returning an item. Thanks, Amy and iTechDeals. It was quick and prompt response.

I am completely and utterly frustrated with these people. I ordered the surprise box of tech on 08/05/18, after several communications with customer service i eventually received my package on 08/22/18 ( i was being told my package had been shipped when obviously it had not). By this time i had communicated to customer service that i no longer wanted the package. I was told that i should either refuse or take the item back to the post office to have it returned and a refund would be processed for me, i took the package back to the post office on the day i received and asked that it be returned. It has now been eleven (11) days since i did so and im being told every single time by customer rep that the package has not been back in their warehouse, now quite frankly, i do not trust what these people are telling me because of the lies i have been told in the past, so i am still left without the product and without my money. I will never be able to bring myself to purchase from this website in the future.

I have no issue with the people I dealt with through emails. They were very helpful. I do have a problem with the mystery box of tech items. I understand that it was just a deal for unknown items. $20 is not really a big deal. However when I opened the box I saw nothing but junk. There was an armband for an iphone 5. Who has an iphone 5?. The value of the items were promised to be at least $99. What I saw looked like maybe $5. There were about 5 items in there and they were all so obsolete it was comical. Needless to say I won't be doing business with this company any longer.

I ordered a iPod from them and I still haven't received it a month later emailed multiple times with no answer. Im left with no choice but to get Attorney general involved
