I have made some orders that were actually delivered, but they were very slow in shipping. About six weeks ago I made an order that has not arrived. After it had not arrived after couple of weeks I contacted iTechSteal's customer malsupport and was told the mail is slow and to wait a while longer. About ten days later I contacted iTechSteals customer nonsupport and they told me to wait until a certain date about two weeks later and contact them. I did and they asked me to check if my neighbors had it. The name of the Person I supposedly exchanged emails is allegedly named Jessica. If you get an email from "Jessica", you are probably screwed. BTW my mail is delivered to a locked box. So far none of my neighbors have admitted to being thieving lock picks and I have not noticed any jimmying marks on my mailbox. The item I ordered was fairly small and cost abou $15. Perhaps if I use the proper form of torture I can get someone to admit to cunningly stealing the item. I could also find Jack the Ripper, Adolph Hitler and even D. B. Cooper using these methods if applied properly. I still have received nothing, and as a public service I will find many places to submit reviews about iTechSteals as I find appropriate.
