I was unhappy with the colors that I ordered and sent back for an exchange and I also requested cancellation of the non-optional VIP package. They instead refunded my hair purchase, and did not stop or refund the VIP package. There is no option on the website to cancel the VIP package, you can only change your method of payment. They continue to charge me and I'm still fighting them to get the membership cancelled.

The fact that they responded to my questions immediately and were polite and helpful was quite a nice change from other companies I have worked with. Product is amazing and customer service is top-notch.

My order arrived quickly, the packaging was lovely, and the entire ordering process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The color blend and highlighted strands look very natural and give the hair beautiful dimension. The cut is flattering, the bangs frame the face nicely, and the fibers are soft and comfortable to wear. It did require a little styling out of the box, and it tangles a bit more easily than I expected, but those have been manageable trade-offs. As someone who lost my hair during chemotherapy, finding wigs that look natural, feel comfortable, and are reasonably priced has meant a great deal to me. This wig helped me feel more like myself again, and I’m grateful that Irresistible Me offers attractive, affordable options for people experiencing hair loss, as well as anyone who simply wants to change their look. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend Irresistible Me.

Think twice and read the negative reviews before purchasing! This company is HORRIBLE. The quality of the hair is bad and it’s not real human hair, ok fine, some people are ok with that. But my issue is that they make the return process impossible! There is no return label, to make a return you have to email the company. Well how do you make a return if the company is unresponsive!! Not sure how they have been in business this long. Never have I had an issue returning a product. Their business practice is SO SHADY! This is definitely a first for me.
