⚠️ Very disappointed with Irresistible Me. I’ve purchased these exact hair extensions from Irresistible Me before, so I knew exactly what color to expect. Unfortunately, the extensions I received this time are much darker than my previous set. This isn’t a slight variation, the difference is obvious. I contacted customer service and provided photos clearly showing the difference between my previous extensions and the new ones. Despite the evidence, they refused to do anything to resolve the issue. As a returning customer, I expected them to take this seriously and offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I was left with extensions that I cannot use because the color does not match what I previously purchased. I’m extremely disappointed…not only with the product, but especially with how the company handled my complaint. If you’re considering ordering, I would strongly recommend keeping photos of your previous extensions and comparing the color as soon as your new order arrives. For me, the biggest issue is not simply that the color was different. It’s that I reached out, provided proof, and still received no meaningful help.
