Insight Pest SolutionsReviews of insightpest.com

I finally met our Techie Danny B at our cottage. What a great young man! Very knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my questions. My family noticed a big improvement in the bug population. We could enjoy the property 'finally' this summer after the first application. that the product is a plant based product appeased the Green people in the family so it had some positives plus the reduction of the bugs. Thanks Danny. hope to see you guys at our Guelph home next season.....dave

The first time in May they came out was great. Seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Problem was, they never came back. Sent me a text saying they were coming on August 19 2023. No one came that day, so I waited a week and then cancelled service. They wanted a $208.00 cancellation fee, I said no, they phoned back and offered a $100.00 cancellation fee and I said no. I explained they broke the contract, not me. They dropped cancellation fee.

Mr. Zaldy gave a detailed explanation before and after doing his work, which was highly appreciated. Good job!

Merci à Louis Hamelin Mailhot pour le travail et le rapport très bien fait!

We had our first treatment 3weeks ago to get rid of mice ,they came and did the first full treatment . Then last week a nest of wasps turned up so we called insight they came yesterday and I haven't seen any more yet they left me a couple of wasp traps if I do see any . Great service I'm very pleased Bill

Beware of this company. They offer a deal for $149.00 to come out, check for pests, and treat whatever pests are found. We were told the service would send a technician to our property every month for a year at a cost of $79/month after the initial visit. We were also told we could cancel at anytiime. We had yellow jackets. An Insight technician came twice, and was very competent about checking everything out. We had no nests, and felt we no longer needed their services. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICES I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A $250 CANCELLATION FEE. We had to pay it to get out of the contract. Perhaps our bad for not asking the cost of cancellation. But they were not explicit about it when they explained how their system worked. They just amplified the idea that you could cancel at any time.

The sale guy for Insight was going door to door. The man told my husband & I that today only if we signed up it was 1/2 off. He firmly stated it is only today because I was just going to have him talk to my husband tommorow. Instead I called my husband over and he restated about the 1/2 off and what all they do. Instead of 600.00 a year it was 300.00 and they came every other month. My husband said, let me think it over. He said well the discount won’t be available tommorow. So we signed the tablet which only had signature page. They sprayed once & when I got the email with all the information about contract. When I added it up it came to 600.00. The guy lied. So I called and cancelled and cancelled my card. The sent out someone to spray again and we told him no, we had cancelled contract. I talked to Insight because I kept getting calls, he said you can’t cancel l& they turned over too collection agency. I just want this removed off my credit!!

Our technician was super polite and friendly. Would always knock and let us know he was there to provide the necessary services. The products seem to work well, as ants were destroying my yard and it is much better now. I'm also finding a lot of dead crickets on the sidewalk and somehow mini-bees/yellow jackets are showing up dead inside the house. Pretty impressive.
