The service itself is good, but when I went to cancel it I was told I would be charged a fee as I signed up for a year. That was not told to me, in fact, when I signed up I was told I could cancel anytime, with no obligation. Regardless of any contract signed, your company needs to be more transparent and honest. I won’t recommend.

David Burton was a very good sales person. I signed an agreement for a service for $189 at my front door. I later noticed there was an additional charge of $189. It was not clear to me that I was signing for a future service as well. I called the office in Toronto the next day and cancelled all services current and future. It was very easy to cancel. I spoke with Crystal who was very helpful and immediatly cancelled my agreement.

They offer basic pest control services and have very aggressive sales tactics.

They sold me 1 year contract by door to door sales. After a couple days I came to the conclusion that it costs way too much (250$ * 4, so 1000$ a year). I called them and they immediately resigned my contract with no fees (You have 10 days to cancel your contract). I would have accepted a one time deal, but they did not accept.

We signed up with Insight last year and the first year we had no issues. This year 2023, we've had nothing but issues. We have been having issues with wasps and earwigs and cannot even sit outside due to the wasps. They have sprayed twice and it has not helped. We have been trying to get through to someone via the phone number provided and are kept on hold for ever! The hold recorded messages says your wait time is 5 mins then comes back and says 58 mins. We have waited on hold, left messages (as per the recorded message), over the past 2 weeks and still have not been able to get through and after 4 messages left, no one has returned our call. Very disappointed with this companies performance and will be canceling our payments.
